37. Final Fantasy VI

Y'know, 1 year ago I didn't understand why self shippers had "non-sharing" on their profiles or hate when their yumes are getting shipped with other characters, but not in a "oh they're fictional they don't exist!" Way but actually in a "I don't really get it because I literally search for ship fanart of my favorite character/ character I have a crush on to look at because it's nice! Also because I sometimes imagine it is me instead of that person they're being shipped with (besides the point)". I was never the type to share but also not the type to be jealous of romance or something like that.

But now, after I installed a rom for Tomodachi Collection (yes, not Life but Collection, I'm trying to find a good emulator so I can play Tomodachi Collection, for now it'll do). I get it, I kinda get it.

On my Island, Luffy is like the top 4 or 3 most popular people there losing it to my brother and Zoro, also my top 1 Mii that I give the most attention to. As we all know, I love Luffy a lot so I subtly (not so subtly) made him a girl in the game just so I could get a chance with him (I didn't put him as my spouse because I wanted it to occur naturally). After like 5-6 days, guess what happened? A heart icon appeared on his window, I got excited and I clicked on it.

Only to discover Luffy fell for Zoro. Luzo wanted to become canon on my island. With the previous context that I actually search for Zolu (preferably Luzo) fanart and creators who ship these two, ignore the stupid context I got jealous.

I got jealous because of a stupid Tomodachi character. I don't care when people selfship themselves with Luffy, I don't care if they ship Luffy with any character. BUT FOR SOME REASON I GOT JEALOUS BECAUSE OF ZORO! And not the Zolu/Luzo ship! No no, I still look at it and even give it hearts.

I am just jealous because of this SPECIFIC scenario.

Dude. I think this is like the second or maybe third time I've ever been jealous in my life. But it is definitely the frost time I am jealous in a romantic way.

Anyway. I didn't let Luffy date Zoro. 3 hours later Zoro wanted to confess to Luffy.

Guess what I did?

(Edit: by the way. I didn't let Sabo and Robin get together because Robin wanted to confess to Sabo right after my villain actions. I felt petty. I feel like a villain or a tyrant right now.)
