honestly i hate that people still bring up the fact that i was nearly married/nikkahfied at the start of the year with “id hate if what happened to you happened to me/mysister/someone i care about”. like yeah, itd totally suck to build a relationship up with someone thinking youre going to be married, fly to a different country with your whole fam and then 3 days before youre actually married your (ex) fiances family fucks it up with your fam. totally sucks. what hurts most though is the guy that you were so willing to bring to australia, had pretty much accepted as companion for life couldnt stand up for your islamic right
and its like, i totally get his side as well, but i really wish it hadnt blown up the way it did. ruined my holiday and i still had to come back and explain to people what happened. also fkn lost a lot of sleep for that nigga. long distance is hard when time difference is involved.
