You see when I think about sabo I Think about his, Gentleman side and sadistic side. Like you can't tell me that he didn't had fun destroying the marines in dressrosa. But he is also such a softy too idk what I'm saying I hope you understand something in this text atleast How do you see sabo?

Hello !!! Yes, I had some post before analyzing Sabo's speech patterns or whatever. I tag these with the #sabology tag generally. I did so much more but I never somehow made a masterlist for em. I will link it here :D

What you say is right in my personal view of Sabo !!! How do I see Sabo..Oh dear...I could go on for days.

Dandy Sabo ~ I see Sabo as a gentleman too, he has dandy sides, dresses in such an eccentric way. I imagine that he is so much into ideas, doctrines, philosophy and has strong values ! He is a man of IDEAS. He can't live without his beliefs, he nees something to belive, a cause to serve to see his purpose. A dandy is characterized by the way in which he looks kept but in a nonchalent way, meaning that he looks cool without trying. I love that about Sabo

Cheeky Sabo~ BUT he also has a teasing, bratty, cheeky, side to him. He can be very childish with people he trusts, but he will always switch to his more serious and calculating sides when needed.

Well balanced King He has a great balance and control overall (unless it's something that makes him feel extremely angry, then he goes crazy, but it takes a lot to make him crazy, what makes him mad is when you step on his values, cf. the Kuma & celestial dragon accident.)

~HIS SOFTY SIDE~

Romantic Sabo I see him as someone that lovess XIX century poetry and literature, meaning that he has a bit of that "spleen" and melancholy that it characteristic to romanticism to him. Lmao. I imagine that he loves reading a lot (since he wants to write a book about his adventures!) so maybe he writes poetry in his free time, some political poetry, or prepares his speeches to perform them in a detached and controlled manner at the same time. His love language would probably be gifts and acts of services, isn't it so cute when he gets you flowers when he goes back from a mission? That he never fails to send you a letter on your birthdays, even if he is far away? You will always be his priority.

Work and privacy don't interfere I imagine that Sabo doesn't like to involve people he loves in his dangerous way of living. This makes him really protective of people he loves, without extremely babying them or making them feel that they are being tracked.

His cute side He has a cute side, he is really attached to family values, because he believes in "found family" more than in blood bound. Since he didn't get to have a lot of parental love, he might want to form a family, and he would do anything to protect them.

Here it is ! it's not everything of course, but some thoughts I had on the spot.

I think a lot about telling Sabo that you have s*icidal thoughts. I mean, he lost his brother, he knew how guilty he felt for living. Maybe at first it makes him a little bit "angry", because he is too triggered by the thought of losing someone he likes, but I think that this "anger" would only last a few seconds, till he uses his empathy to get what you're going through. He understands you, takes your hand, tries to make the world a better place for you to exist in by creating that safe space for you. "Please bear with me a little more, Y/N", he would say something sweet like that, yes, wait for him, till he proves to you that life is worth living...

How would Sabo react to having a soulmate?

depends what you mean by soulmate. So, I will start by offering two options, because to me, this term can be interpretated in different ways.

1) If we view the word "Soulmate" in its literal form, linking it to some sort of fate even, I think that Sabo would hate this idea. In fact, the revolutionary is, indeed, a revolutionary! He values freedom above all, he thrives off it, and he hates the thought of a predestined relationship. Unfortunately, having a "soulmate", as in someone that is fated to be with him gives him a suffocating feeling. His natural inclination to fight any authority and rebel against conventional paths would make him hate the idea. I think that it's not against the person, but more of a prejudice. The whole concept of having a soulmate simply reminds him of arranged marriage, something that is still practiced among nobles, and therefore, something that repulses him.

I think that this idea could be interesting for a scenario! Sabo having a soulmate and hating the idea. Then, maybe meeting them and facing a dilemma because he actually falls for them. He would be really conflicted because a part of him wants stick to his values while the other is already in love. It would make him really confused because he doesn't believe in destiny or fate.

2) If we take "soulmate" in its figurative meaning, then I think that Sabo would be thrilled to have a soulmate! I think that Sabo isn't a romantic person at first. He values justice and is simply too busy trying to destroy the system. However, our man is extremely intense and passionate in ways that would even surprise him. Sabo doesn't think a lot about romance nor about his feelings, because he focuses more on actions. However, love happens in his life when he least expected it, and he found out that having a soulmate was actually...possible.

When Sabo loves, he does it with every fiber of his being. His feelings are so strong that he can't explain them logically, and hell, that annoys the f*ck out of him! Nonetheless, it's a sweet feeling, a delicious thrill that he loves to indulge in whenever he is alone at night in his bed. He enjoys reveling in the tiniest detail of his soulmate's appearance and personality. He smiles enough to give himself a cramp "Fuck, I am so lucky I found her." And even though he says it's luck, somewhere inside, it does have a hint of fate...

To you for Sabo what’s the difference in love making and straight out f***ing?

Really interesting question. I love it, keep it going haha.

I think that Sabo doesn't shy away from having a few night time stands here and there. He can perfectly make the difference between love and sex. He actually isn't much interested in love as he has a chaotic and dangerous life and he doesn't want his potential S/O to be targeted or hurt. He also doesn't have much time to fall in love. He likes being practical. I Hc Sabo as someone with average sex drive but he is no saint, now and there he needs to let out the steam and that's when he might have some one night stands.

For him casual sex isn't about feelings but still he is attentionate, he just likes to keep some distance so the person doesn't get too attached.

Love making is when he is in love with the person of course. And then he's so gentle, he's also vocal about his feelings, very tender. He also lets down his gard and is way more vulnerable when he makes love. His S/O's pleasure comes before his own while in straight out fucking he does care about his partner's pleasure but he is straight to the point and cares about his own relief. An example is that when love making Sabo doesn't really like quickies and loves to make sure his S/O has multiple orgasms.
