Get Outta My Face
The buzz of a tattoo gun was much like music to Jongjin's ears; the intermittent stop start as he created lines and colour, wiping away the excess in between. It could be either relaxing, or exciting depending on how he needed to take it. Today it was relaxing, as he drew the makings of a monochrome piece onto a lady's shoulder. Or at least it had been relaxing, until the small bell over the front door indicated an entry.
Jongjin glanced up, easily able to tell by a first glance that the two men weren't human. Indicating for his customer to wait a moment, he rose and moved to the front to greet them. He was also able to tell from their smirks that this wasn't going to be a friendly visit.
"What a lovely shop you've got set up for yourself. You know, I've often debated getting a tattoo myself. Maybe it could be some kind of a...last request," one of them stated and Jongjin's gaze hardened, his body immediately coiling to spring.
"What do you want?" he asked and the second vampire looked pointedly to the women behind Jongjin. With a nod the hunter moved to her, carefully wrapping her fresh ink with some cling wrap and giving her a gentle smile. "Don't worry, I'll finish it off for you free of charge another day, okay?"
The trio watched as she collected her belongings and shuffled out of the shop, Jongjin silently reaching for the knife he always kept concealed, before returning his attention to the vampires. "So shall I give you that tattoo now before I kill you, or are you too much of a whimp after all?"

our muses at a concert
a breath of fresh air was what she truly needed in a crowd filled venue such as this. the loudness of the music pounded against her entire body, inevitably making her head throb as a sign of an upcoming migraine. how exactly did a twenty-nine year old psychologist such as herself end up in a tight spaced vicinity holding one too many young adults? better yet, why was she dressed to kill when she didn’t have anything particular to show off? the answer was quite simple—jung daehyun.somehow, the kid had managed to convince sooyeon to tag along to a concert to relieve the stress that had been piling up due to work. the last thing she remembered was sitting on her couch with a glass of wine in her hand when the younger boy barged in without a warning whatsoever with his usual mischievous grin plastered across his face. as adorable as it was, she had to slap some sense into the boy when this fiasco was over."noona—!” fingers curled around her wrist before tugging her towards him, their sides pressing against each other in a careless manner. “lighten up. you look like you could kill someone!” his laugh had always been so carefree and wild; it was a trait that was desirable when it came to him, but tonight, it wasn’t enough to get her to lose the tension in her body. "if i could rip out that tongue of yours, i would," she raises her voice over the immense volume of the band, attempting to not get herself overwhelmed by background noise. but he laughed, shooting her an innocent smile before holding their intertwined hands up in the air to join the many others. her eyes watched as the others around her became one together, jumping to the beat of the music and singing to the lyrics of the song. was this what youth was like for her?"seriously, come on!”a laugh slowly escaped her lips before she found herself rolling her eyes at the childish behavior of the other. yet, her body did the opposite — she joined in with the majority, allowing herself to be taken over by the music that was all around. “okay, alright.” sooyeon freely laughed and tightened her grip on daehyun’s hand, earning herself another smile from him.and for now, regardless of what might happen in couple hours, she smiled back.
