Day 2: Yesterday we fasted, today we eat...clean, that is. Breakfast: overnight oats with fruit, no sugar; very filling and actually good. Lunch: salad (avocado, tomatoes and cucumbers with some mango and strawberries on the side. Water is key to staying hydrated and flushing the body.
