Hi! I work at a shelter and just have simple advice based off the last user. If you don't know where the kitten is from. Post is on your local lost and found pets, most counties have one. If no one claims, you can claim or bring the cat to a shelter to check for a microchip (a owner locator of sorts) and if no owner they could take the kitten (if available) or you could claim lol. (Also yes I agree the kitten shouldn't be outside but it seems pretty well taken care of and kind. Probably ran off. And most cats are outside cats and survive.) sorry about this, I just get passionate about lost animals to prevent any accidents.
