Photo Of The Day Carrying on with the interesting project I undertook over the summer for Restaurant www.isaact-at.com to photograph their local producers and convey the close connection between the producers and the quality of the food that diners are eating in the restaurant. The fifth producer I visited was Saddlescombe Farm, run by Roly and Camila http://www.camillaandroly.co.uk/saddlescombe-farm This beautiful farm is 450 acres and is situated in the South Downs National Park just 5 miles north of Brighton.
