I hate all things Star Wars, but I was going to watch The Madalorian (”It’s Star Wars for people who don’t like Star Wars!”); however, the first -- literally -- 3 minutes is him fighting clichés in a bar to show how badass he is and it turned me right off. Maybe they put the good stuff later, but that was a shitty way to open and it destroyed my confidence in it.
Like... fanfic is better than that.
