One thing that disappointed me about Kenta and Sagittario was how relatively limited their use of the Claw 145 spintrack was. Because of that, I have ideas for things that could have been done with it in the anime for more tricks (not quite special moves, more like Hyoma's Eternal Defense Spintrack), some of which could even have appeared in Masters.

The first one, which I think would have made sense in Metal Masters for Kenta to show off at some point (maybe in the battle for who would be the substitute?) would be a kind of copy of the trick Masamune used to use where he'd stop on a dime to appear that Striker could teleport, which he stopped using for some reason.

Anyways, the idea would be that Sagittario, by releasing a single claw at a specific time, could ricochet off the stadium in order to quickly change direction. I think this makes sense because we actually specifically saw Kenta and Masamune becoming friends before Masamune befriended anyone else, so it would be pretty fitting.

The second one, which is where I started and which I think it would have been super cool for Kenta to show off in his battle with Ryuga, would be spin stealing. Obviously, Ryuga is the only person who does spin stealing in the Metal Fight anime, but fundamentally spin stealing just relies on going opposite directions. Furthermore, when in attack mode, L-Drago Destructor doesn't have as much exposed rubber, and isn't focusing on spin stealing. Thus, Kenta could pull a sort of uno reverse card on Ryuga and spin stolen while Ryuga was in attack mode.

The mechanics of how this would work are fairly simple. Essentially, instead of making contact between fusion wheels, Sagittario would tilt upwards in order to meet the fusion wheel of L-Drago with its extended claws, which would then have momentum imparted on to them and would close in to transfer that momentum to the overall spin speed. It's obviously not perfect, physics wise, but it's at least a somewhat decent explanation that meets Beyblade standards for how physics works.

I think this would have been good because it would also give a good explanation for Kenta forcing Ryuga into survive mode. Essentially, Kenta would endure hits from Ryuga while stealing spin, until Ryuga realized what was happening and started taking Kenta seriously, delivering hits in a way Kenta couldn't absorb, but Kenta withstands long enough to drive Ryuga down to survive mode. After that, then Kenta can use Diving Claw like he does in canon, with us seeing more of his plan.

This is extra fitting because it mirrors his first serious battle with Gingka, where he 'mislaunched' in order to ensure that every time Pegasus and Sagittario clashed, Pegasus couldn't exert its full power because of misalignment. It'd be playing into that clever, strategic side of Kenta, plus it would show him having learned from both Ryuga (for spin stealing) and Gingka (for Diving Claw).

Of course, after that, I'd also ideally like it if Flash Sagittario was a dual-rotation bey which kept the claws, maybe even having it so that the spintrack had half-rubber and half-plastic claws, which could be turned upside down depending on if Sagittario was going to use them for spin stealing or for offense.
