Rafferty had been working at Cheap Thrills since he stepped foot into Saints. It had been his first job in the city and was satisfying enough to be the last. Most of his evenings were spent in the bar serving up drinks of all kinds to humans and supernatural creatures alike, and part of him thought that was the appeal of the job -- working with so many different creatures, getting a scent for them all, figuring them out like so many pieces to a very intricate puzzle.
Wednesdays were for trivia, and tonight was the Jeopardy! challenge. Rafferty always looked forward to watching the residents of Saints participate in such activities, and he enjoyed watching the show in his downtime, too, which made Wednesdays one of his favorite nights to tend bar.
It wasn’t jam-packed or anything, but it was fairly busy with Raff seeing a decent amount of customers as the evening rolled on. Especially as it drew closer to time for the game. There were so many faces, and Raff tried to have a smile for all of them -- tried to serve everyone quickly without making them feel rushed. After cashing out his last customer, he looked up to see someone waiting for his attention. He offered them a crooked grin and approached slinging a hand towel over his shoulder. “What can I get for you?”
