Danny was born into the long line of powerful Anderson witches but his family wasn’t the best around. His father was famously abusive in the household, beating on him and his sister more often than not.

Despite that, Danny tried to seek help from the rest of his family to hone in on his powers and became a pretty powerful witch.

His father eventually passed away (though some were suspicions that he was murdered and that Danny was somehow involved though no proof was ever found)  and without the man’s domineering hand upon him, Danny’s familial ties disintegrated. He didn’t particularly care for his family and though maybe odd, the lack of being able to connect with people wasn’t abnormal...at least to Danny it wasn’t.

His lack of ability to truly connect changed when he met Damien - a twist he certainly didn’t see coming in his life.

Danny fell in love hard with Damien - in a way he didn’t think he was capable of. It was a connection he didn’t think he would ever had with someone.

It shocked him when Damien finally revealed that he wasn’t human but was indeed a vampire. He took it in stride and after some thought, he accepted Damien for who he was. However, he made the other swear that he wouldn’t turn him. Under no circumstances, did Danny want to be turned into a vampire. It would be curse. Damien promised and the two continued their life together - happily.

But happiness is hardly ever long lasting. When Danny turned 33, he fell victim to the Black Death. He was on his deathbed and after saying his goodbye to his love, he was certain it would be the last. No amount of magic would heal him, and he had tried.

What Danny didn’t expect was to wake up and find out that Damien had gone against his word and turned him. Danny woke up livid when Damien confessed what he had done and he fought against completing the transition. He would rather die than become a vampire but Damien had left him no choice and forced him to finish the transition.

As soon as it was done, Danny lashed out. He hated Damien for what he had done and made sure the other knew it without a shadow of a doubt. He never wanted to see him again.

Fueled by deep rage and the inhuman power that came from being a vampire, Danny changed from who he had been as a human.

His sociopathic and temperamental traits had always been present but it was exacerbated by his new nature. Rather quickly, Danny shed any humanity he had and became one of the most lethal and ruthless vampires in history. His name was well known as was the torture, havoc and chaos he brought whenever he stepped foot into some place new.

Danny reveled in his destructive nature and despite initially hating what he had become, he now does love it and the power it brings.

The old human Danny has long been gone and anyone who knew it back from ancient times would fail to recognize him.

Throughout the years, he’s made it a point to never run into Damien but with every life he took, he hoped it would drive a stake through his ex-lover’s heart a little bit more with the knowledge that every life he took and tortured was because he had the audacity of turning him.

Danny has traveled throughout the world for most of his life.

Four hundred years ago, Danny ran into Syd Whitechapel - coincidentally, Damien’s older brother. The two had an instant spark of connection. They bonded over their deep desire for destruction and sadistic nature until love seemed to overtake them. They have been married since and though not the world’s healthiest or best marriage, it’s what worked for them. 

After spending so many years together, it’s not uncommon for the duo to part ways for a few months or a couple of years at a time. Mostly, to handle business the other has no interest in, and sometimes when they pissed each other off. Though, they keep in contact through texts and calls and through a spiritual bond they had a witch do on them. It keeps them connected despite the distance. 

Eventually, Danny grew bored and upon hearing that Damien was in Los Santos, he figured why not entertain himself by torturing him with his mere presence.

Danny has been in town for a month and has been lurking in the shadows, waiting for the perfect chance to strike down hell on his ex and everyone else in Los Santos.

Do not call him by his full name. He hasn’t been Daniel since ancient times and there is only one person who can still get away with it and that’s Damien - though he will pay heavily every time he dares to call him that.

Has a pretty bad temper and is sadistic to the core. A bored Danny is a dangerous Danny. His mind needs constant stimulation or he grows exceedingly restless and that leads to impulsive decisions that bring the sense of chaos and adrenaline he needs.

The kind of guy that can be ruled by his emotions (impulsivity) and thinks about things later.

Lower on the sociopathy scale so he’s able to feel some emotions at a higher intensity and comprehend to an extent but he prefers not to. He technically has a sense of right and wrong but blatantly doesn’t give a shit and would prefer to cause destruction at others' expense. 

When technology rolled around, Danny became fascinated with it. He has heavily invested in it since it’s creation and has become a tech wizard of sorts, going as far as becoming one of the most well-known hackers on the dark web, even if not known by his actual name. Mostly, he does it for fun because why the fuck not? Besides the illegal stuff he gets to pull on humans is downright ridiculous and sometimes, enjoyable.

He wears a silver band with the words partners in crime on his left ring finger - it’s his wedding band, handmade by his husband. 

Often is seen wearing a black leather jacket - also his husband’s as a token whenever they part ways for a period of time.

Younger Sister: The Anderson siblings would have had a difficult relationship. To an extent, Danny would have been protective of his sister. Whether that born out of genuine concern or love is up for debate. His sister would have had a front row seat at the earlier and maybe subtle signs that Danny had never fully been there in the head. The early sighs of lack of empathy, manipulation, and sadistic behavior. However, these were minimal and often went unnoticed. She would have been the only one who knew of his relationship with Damien back in ancient times.. We can discuss their dynamic afterwards. After turning, Danny might have gone to see her (did he turn her too out of spite? did she push him away? Who knows!)One thing is for sure, the Danny she grew up knowing is long gone and im here for any drama that comes from that. 

Enemies: Danny has no regard for right or wrong and whatever he does is born out of either spite, boredom or sadistic need. I would love to see an enemy relationship that bites him in the ass. Maybe a hunter born out of Danny’s killing their family? A resentful fledgling?

The nights that Oliver spent alone at his shop were some of his favorites. While House of the Horned God came about because he wanted to serve the witch community, Oliver truly appreciated the moments it was the shop that he was caring for alone. Well, he wasn’t actually alone when his familiar was glued to his side. Atlantes had refused to leave Oliver by himself during the vamping hours, the black panther trotting around as if in search of an invisible enemy and always on the alert in case someone tried something. Sometimes he acted like an older brother more than a familiar but Oliver guessed it was fitting considering how long they’d been together. Their relationship had begun the moment the witch ascended all those centuries ago, practically family now more than anything else at this point. Either way, Oliver was always grateful for the extra hand and company.

Now that it had been quiet for the last couple of hours, he began taking inventory in case there was anything that needed to be restocked for the following day. He fluttered about the shop with his tablet in hand, checking the many shelves that displayed a variety of items for every witch’s need. Thirty minutes later, Oliver realized he had run out of several different items that had become quite popular in recent years and added them to his list. Once he was finished, he returned to his previous place at the front desk where Atlantes was resting beside it. It wasn’t until he heard the panther warn him telepathically that someone had entered the shop that Oliver finally acknowledged the person.

He snapped his gaze up from the tablet and was greeted with a charming smile that was attached to a handsome face. Oliver could immediately tell the man wasn’t from around there. He wouldn’t forget a face like that so easily if he had seen it before in Los Santos. Just as he was about to ask what he could help him with though, the man beat him to it and placed a list of items on the counter. “Hi. I’m Oliver and welcome to House of the Horned God!” Oliver cheerfully greeted back with a smile. “Absolutely! I’d ask with what but it seems you came prepared.” He giggled softly and lifted the page with his mind to read it. The witch remained silent for a moment as he did, mentally running through all of the items in the store to be sure he still had them before he spoke again. “You’re in luck! I just restocked these a moment ago. Follow me.” Oliver nodded in the direction of the shelves.

Without much of a glance at the items, he moved from shelf to shelf as he quickly went down the list that was still hovering in the air in front of him. He handed each one to the man for him to hold until he came to one shelf that was far too high for Oliver to reach. That still didn’t stop him from trying a few times before he huffed and turned to the man. “Um…would you mind getting that for me, please? It’s the vial to the left.” Oliver asked kindly, looking up at the man with his doe-eyed baby blues.

It was the same cheery expression he remembered. Oliver had been a part of Danny’s life for almost 700 years even if only small increments at a time. Apprenticing under his coven as tradition, living through the slaughter of them while Danny was being turned. Their time in Salem right before the witch trails and then the longest time they spent together a hundred years later along side his husband. In all that time, that cheerfulness had never faded nor had the way that damn giggle could still produce a smile from Danny. 

“I’m always prepared, darling, but I guess you were the right place to go to,” Danny mused when Oliver informed him that everything he needed was in stock and gave a curt nod. Following behind the witch, he was increasingly aware of the hard stare from the black panther that trailed behind him. He peeked over his shoulder and gave a grin. “You were a tough one to crack, kitty. Glad we’re back to square one.” It was a low enough whisper that neither of his company would hear or make out what he said. At least with the glare, Danny was assured that the spell was still active and well on both Oliver and Atlantes. Neither remembered him and that was for the best. 

Danny caught each item that was handed to him with ease but there was a moment of rare nostalgia that licked at him. Not even for Oliver this time, but for magic. There were times in his life where he missed his powers and watching the witch so easily use it right now was one of them. It was part of why he had been so furious in the beginning with Damien. He had taken his most prized possession from him. He had been a powerful witch, backed by a powerful coven. He could have had the same lifespan he did now and while he had grown to love his existence, he wished there was a way to have his magic as well. He chuckled to himself then, a witch vampire. Now, that would be a twist. 

It was Oliver’s voice that snapped him back to and the breath he didn’t need was knocked from Danny’s lungs. Those fucking eyes! Those sea blue eyes had brought the vampire to his knees on more than one occasion. It seemed that even after over 200 years, the effect had not yet waned. “Anything for you, sweets.” Danny flashed him a charming smile and a wink. He reached up for the vial in question and proceeded to hold it out to Oli, but before the other could take it, Danny pulled it back slightly. “Has anyone ever told you that you have the most beautiful eyes and a downright gorgeous smile?” In the recesses of his mind, Danny knew that this was a bad idea. His reasons for ending things still stood and it was dangerous to toy with a spell of memories but he couldn’t help himself now that his sweet Oliver was standing right before him again.

getting the news that daniel was in the shop was more than unwelcome. damien stared at the text from luc for a solid five minutes before taking a deep breath and just forcing his legs to take him there. nothing had happened and he was already exhausted. he’d gone to get emmy some more wet cat food, just a quick run, and of course daniel had to come by. 

what a mess. daniel was under the impression that emmy was luc’s, not his, so he tossed the cat food in a wastebin in an alley and ran to get some blood bags instead—an excuse that it was a favor for lucas. which sure, he could’ve said the cat food run was a favor for lucas, but he wasn’t taking any chances. so when he enterted the station, he set the bag of blood bags behind his front counter and looked up. there daniel was in his chair at his station. annoying. 

damien shot luc a look and then walked over to his station. “hi,” he said flatly, wanting to get whatever this was over with as fast as possible. he stood over daniel and crossed his arms over his chest. “i’m sure. two of your sires? i feel bad for them.” he glanced at luc and pressed his lips together. damien directed his attention back to daniel and raised his eyebrows expectantly. when daniel jumped up from the chair with that big smile, damien was proud of himself for not reacting. not flinching. nothing. just a simple sentence. because whatever daniel’s surprise was, it wasn’t going to be good. “well? spit it out, then.”

“Oh, you should. I would too, if I cared, but hey, they lived this long, can’t be all too bad.”  Daniel scrunched is nose up in disgust at seeing blood bags on the counter. He picked one up and held it as if it would burn him at the stake. “Gross.” He muttered, tossing it back. “How can you even drink from that? We’re meant to fee from the source not this cold, flavorless crap.” He visibly shuddered, ever the one for the dramatics. 

As if drawn back to reality, Danny’s eyes lit up and he started walking backwards towards the back of the shop. He turned to look at Lucas. “Sit, Lucas., stay.” He held up his hand in a stop motion, expression totally serious until Lucas flipped him off from his work station. Danny broke out into a grin then. “Good boy!” He praised before motioning for his sire to follow him.

“So, I spent all week thinking: how can I mess with Damien this time?” He gesticulated with his hands, still walking. “You know, until my master plan comes to fruition and all, and then it hit me!” He reached around the corner and pulled out a human, clearly disoriented and weakened. He waited a beat, letting Damien take note that this human served him faithfully as a blood bag amd as someone he cared about.

“Or rather, she wandered in front of me and it was just too easy.” He grabbed the human, bringing her close to him and bent down to feed from her again, the veins around his eyes darkening and his fang protruding.  This human had clearly been fed on previously, no doubt by Danny, marks of dried blood on her neck making it  obvious. She was pale and if listened in carefully, her heart rate was slower than it should be. She was at the very end and it wouldn't take much to drain her. That was evident but Danny pulled away before he killed her completely. Wiping the corners of his lips, he sighed and gave the human a shove, hard enough that she fell on the floor at Damien’s feet. “So you have two choices, it seems, turn her or end her suffering.” With the blood loss she had suffered at his hands, there was no way she was recovering, even with medical intervention. ”Go on, Damien, what’s her reward for being tied to you?”

Leo felt almost threatened by the man towering over him. holding onto his chin locking him from making any sudden movements. He flinched at the way he touched his face. the back of his head started to burn. the burning feeling started to travel down his spine making him shiver. (“I wasn’t planning on turning you”). his body ached to the sound of his voice. “turning you” played in the back of his head, almost like a record player. the moment Danny tucked his hair back… his touch… he remember a fragment of that bloody day. his body started to shake as the memory started to pile up.

The Bite.

His mind went foggy as Danny finished talking. “now, your worth my time…. So tell me Darling.…..” the man before him words started to fade away. That feeling of him moving his hair made his skin crawl. making him remember the pain, gasping for air, begging for it to stop. His tears streaming down his bruised face. remembering the way he got bitten. how the blood dripped from his neck. him trying to fight Danny off but he was too drunk and weak. the way he taunted him “oh Darling why can’t you keep up”. everything else was a total blur after that. that day was him feeling his soul was being ripped from his body as he screamed loudly until he couldn’t no more or until his heart stopped beating.

“it was you..” he stared at the cement trying to control his thoughts. Holding his fists tight, causing him to rip some skin. he winced as if it hurts him. no longer was he tired he was angry, upset… filled with rage that was the word. “you ruined my life” he mumbled under his breathe. and your asking how i survived this whole time“. he stares at the man before him, finally… knowing what he speaking of just a little

It was amusing to see the spiral the sound of his voice seemed to send his newest fledging and he chuckled to himself. “I was me, pretty boy.” He frowned to himself, damn he had spent to many years by his husband to start picking up his stupid pet names. Shaking it off,  he refocused on the boy falling apart before him. God, it was a pathetic sight. 

When the other’s gaze finally found his, Danny took a step closer to him. “I made your life, better, Leo. I gave you speed you can’t imagine, sense humans would die for and a lifespan that can’t be outmatched. You’re looking at it the wrong way.” Danny cooed, figuring out rather quickly that tough love would get him no where. If gentleness was needed, well Danny could wear that mask for now.

“And now, I’m here and I can teach you the ropes - how to make this a good and fun life. You can enjoy it, Little Leo. I have for 700 years. I have lived a very fulfilling life and you can have it too.”

        Niko should feel relieved, really, that he’s still standing in one piece with his outburst. He likes to think he’s managed to stray from pissing off the many immortals he’s found himself around recently but that thought comes to a screaming halt when he’s being circled by one. The logical side of his mind is shrieking DANGER  &  yet he stands his ground,  eyeing the vampire cautiously.

       The other’s mockery serves as little more than kindling for the fury settled in his chest. Arms fold cross his chest, reigning in the craving to do something, anything,  because he can’t.  Niko’s entirely powerless in the world he’s become entrapped in, clambering for purchase on a crumbling ledge. Jaw clenches,  grinding his teeth together   ;   what was his end game here ?  Had he really sought Danny out as if he was a problem he could simply solve ?        Hearing the nonchalance with which he delivers the story of Leo’s turning turns Niko’s blood to ice, he remembers that night vividly, recounts its aftermath almost nightly. The figure outside his door, stumbling, shaking & unable to recount a single detail. The stench of bleach still lingers there, he’s sure, from where he found himself on bent knee, cleaning the floors to hide the truth.        Niko scoffs, “ It doesn’t matter, he’d have survived on his own.” Would he have? It wasn’t a thought he liked to linger on, burying his younger brother was something he vowed to never do. “ Although I don’t understand how you’ve survived this long. “  Dark gaze squints, brows drawn, “ You are just as infuriating as the reputation that proceeds you. ”

       “ Hasn’t someone decided enough’s enough with you yet, darling ?”

This little human had spunk - Danny could at the very least appreciate that as watched on in amusement. His tilted as he listened to his chihuahua go on barking about something or another about how awful he was and blah blah blah. The vampire wondered what on earth he thought this was going to accomplish. Confront a 700 year old vampire with a merciless reputation in order to gain what exactly? If Danny had been in any other mood, Niko would have been laying dead on the floor already without a backwards glance from the vampire. 

Instead, Danny supposed, Niko had luck on his side because he just so happened to be in a good mood. “Right, because that little bean was going to survive on his own. He nearly crumpled at the mere sight of me.” Danny scoffed, taking a step closer to Niko. This one didn’t bend the knee, didn’t run, didn’t show fear even if he reeked of it. “Huh,” He mused, reaching over to place a finger under Niko’s chin and lifting it up so he was looking at him. He would have made an excellent vampire. “Maybe I should have turned you instead.” A wicked grin crossed his face, reminding Niko that it wasn’t too late for that, before he pet him on the head. A motion that was as ridiculous as it was condensing and patronizing. 

“Pure charm mixed in with a little violence.” Danny answered his question with a shrug - maybe he was downplaying the violence but Niko was smart enough to know that. “Oh! Doesn’t my husband say that to me all the time but thank you, I worked very hard for that reputation.” With a flash of speed, Danny had moved and pinned Niko to the wall his back had been facing, pinned by his grip on the human’s neck. “How exactly did you think this was going to go, Niko? Did you really think you were going to make it out of this in one piece? I love your spark, I’ll give you that, but should I keep you alive just for the entertainment?”

Rio’s jaw squared as it was obvious his words didn’t ward off whoever was seeking his attention. He wasn’t even entirely listening to what was being said, or so he thought and he rolled his eyes at the words that he was simply hanging out. Trying to keep his cool, he kept his sight on the cityscape but let out a slight scoff. “I’m not hanging out. I own this…” And then he trailed off because the younger vampire just registered what the other said. His creation.

He was swift in turning to face him, his sharp gaze falling on him with a hint of fierceness. It made Rio tense when the other vampire neared him, dark eyes traveling over him like he was trying to match his face to the memory. Oh yeah, it was him alright and he wasn’t sure if he felt fear or anger, but whatever it was, he didn’t like it. Lips pursed as he took the time in finding his words, when really, a large part of him wanted to swing at him or attack him in some way. But he was smarter than that. With his sire obviously being older, he was also stronger.

Rio managed a small smile but it was hardly genuine as whatever it was he was feeling started to bubble up. “Clearly you’re not a priest,” he said in such dry sarcasm, and then he shook his head. “No… No… You don’t get the satisfaction of calling me yours.” He took a step or so back and even outstretched his arm to try to ensure that at least the vampire who turned him was at arm’s length. “You left me. You fucking left me to try to survive on my own… or die… I don’t really know which one it is… but you fucking left me in that cell with no care. Someone else took me under his wing and he showed me all the things YOU should have!” With his raised voice came the pointing of his finger at the older vampire, anger all over his face. He truly wanted to knock that grin off of his God damn face. “You’re not welcome here, so get the fuck away from me. Get the fuck off of my property. You weren’t there for me then, and I sure as hell don’t fucking need you now.”

“Oh I know, you do,” Danny murmured, cocking his head to the side, even if the other vampire had yet to look at him. From the attitude and irritation along, Danny already knew this fledging would be a handful to handle and felt the rush in his veins. He loved a challenge and he always got his way, one way or another. 

The first statement caused Daniel to burst out in laughter, head falling back as he remembered the hysterical night. “Clearly - trust me, darling, I’m the furthest thing from a priest.” Danny chuckled, wiping under his eye as if the laughter had actually brought forth tears from the gusto in which he had allowed himself to indulge. A brow raised as his fledgling went on a rant and the smirk only grew at the corner of his lips. His head tilted with each word, more amused than anything because did he actually think that any of this was affecting him? Or producing an ounce of guilt? The word guilt was as foreign of a concept to Daniel as empathy was. 

“Who said it was ever about satisfaction? It’s simply a fact, whether you want it to be or not. My blood turned you and that is inside of you for the rest of eternity. You are my creation.” Danny stated, his voice void of much emotion as he approached the other. Blue eyes glanced down at the arm outstretched, working as if a method of distance. Danny swatted it away with enough strength that if he had wanted, it probably could have snapped it off. “I didn’t really care if you lived or died - you were an experiment. I wanted to see how the turning process worked. I’m surprised you did make it though, I was convinced you weren’t.” 

Perhaps it was callous but Danny didn’t care much about that. “Who said anything about needing me or even having a remote desire to want to spend time with you? I just saw you and decided to pay you a visit.” Using his speed, Danny got closer to Rio, cornering him against the edge of the roof. “Do you think this tough guy acts scares me, Rio? I have killed vampires tougher and much older than you with a flick of my wrist. I’m not the sire you want to tempt because I will take everything you have made of yourself and bring it down to dust.” His eyes were steel and his voice cool, each word laced with the deep-seated truth of them. Danny Whitechapel was not a vampire to be messed with - he had a reputation for a reason. Hunters sought him for a reason. “Now, that we have an understanding,” He grinned at Rio, crossing his arms over his chest. “Who took up the job of raising my baby vamp?”

It'd been something of a slow night at the strip club but around the middle of the week, it usually was. Steady rather than busy. There were still hard workers among the supernaturals and humans alike. Rio was having an off day... or rather night... himself. Broodier than usual. On edge, even. And he couldn't place why. Nothing was out of sorts. He had paper work caught up, all things that needed signed off on were signed for. Everyone showed up for their shifts as scheduled and nobody was late, but every little minor annoyance was on his nerves. The vampire may or may not have snapped at a few cocktail waitress and dancers for no real good reason, and while he knew each time had been uncalled for, his pride didn't allow him to apologize.

Letting the employees go about their jobs, Rio slipped away to the rooftop... not so much for the fresh air since he really didn't need to breathe it in but to just try to clear his mind of the unknown frustrations plaguing him. The view of the city was calming from up there. Despite not really having any benefit of it, he still breathed in long and deep, as if there were any chance would fill his undead lungs. Mentally, he could convince himself it did at least a hint of good. He blinked out of any thoughts he had, slowly starting to tear his eyes from the city lights when he sensed someone near. The vampire barely gestured a look over his shoulder with a slight roll of his eyes, assuming it was one of his employees attempting to call his attention to something. "Now's not the fucking time. I promise you."

Los Santos was proving to be worth his time - honestly, what were the odds of two of his fledglings being in the same place at the same time. While he had been scouting Leo in the last month, he had gotten a peek at Rio. It was quick, barely enough to catch Danny’s attention until he got a second look and it clicked. 

Rio Ramirez - it was his first fledging - created in the most unorthodox of situations back in the 1500′s. He had been too driven with murderous bloodlust for the first century of his life to do much turning - but he had been curious what it would be like and Rio, just so happened, to have been his unsuspecting victim. But, much like Danny, his interest had been drawn short and soon after, Danny had departed without so much as a glance back at the new vampire. However, now that he was here, Danny couldn’t resist confronting his vampire. So, he had followed the other from the club to the rooftop, carefully matching his footsteps to Rio’s so he wouldn’t be detected until he wanted to be. 

“On the contrary, dear Rio, I would say now is the perfect time.” For no other reason than the fact Danny deemed it to be the perfect time. After all, it was his way or no way. “How long has it been since we last saw each other? I have to admit, it’s kinda ironic to have two of my creations both hanging out in the same strip club.” He tapped his chin curiously as he stepped closer to the younger vampire. “Maybe I have a type and didn’t realize it.” Shaking his head, Danny flashed the other a grin once they were in front of each other. “Aw come on, don’t remember me, do yah?”

       Niko could count on one hand the amount of times he was ever actually aware he was in danger, as much as the eldest Rivas looked out for his brother— his own well-being mattered little in turn. He always seemed to be too trusting, gullible in the way he’d search for the rose colored filter. Usually, he’d hunt for something but here, recognition settled in like an icy tide, pulling him under.       Leo meant the world to Niko & this man hadn’t given him a choice. He’d taken his life, left them both spiraling to pick up the pieces. Had Niko went out of his way to find him? Absolutely. Was it behind Leo’s back? Of course.  Niko was entirely powerless  &  his escape into the safety of sunlight was dwindling,  but here he stood , rigid  &  fuming.

      It’s a horrible idea,  he knows it, to provoke someone centuries older than him & not even human.  The venom building on his tongue doesn’t have a filter,  “ I think if either of us owes an explanation, it’s you. ”   Niko expects regret to seep in but instead it doesn't  &  he doesn’t stop, a years worth of resentment building in his chest as he steps forward.  “ Do you just find the killing fun ?   Leaving those you turn to rot ? ”

      “ Have the years left you so calloused you no longer care about the families, the people you destroy  ?  ”

It wasn’t often that Danny was taken by surprise, much less by a human of all things. This little firecracker had come from nowhere, though he wasn’t as subtle as he’d liked to think. Danny had sensed and smelled him near for a while now but he wasn’t a threat so Danny hadn’t cared until the other had dared to approach him. 

Finally, Danny turned around to face him and he immediately knew who he was facing. If there was one thing about Danny, it was that he never entered a situation without knowing the whole chessboard at play. Alright - perhaps in his personal or romantic relationships that was different, but that was neither here nor there. So, for the month he’d been observing Leo, he’d come to know this tiny human to be his brother - still human and stupidly clueless. 

Danny chuckled down at Niko, more amused than anything as he went on and on about something or another. Taking a step forward, Daniel circled around Niko, blue eyes taking him in as he did so. “You’re a little firecracker, aren’t you? Little chihuahua- gonna bite me, darling?” The vampire stopped his stalking once he faced Niko again and raised an eyebrow at the question. “The answer to all that is yes - but to be fair, I was already slightly callous when I was a witch.” Hidden and buried deep, but it was still there. 

“What? Are you all in your feelings about me turning your brother? He was a gem to watch that first night - ruthless, bloodthirsty. He almost made me stay but eh, he wasn’t really worth it till I got to see if he could survive. He’s still alive - I’m assuming you had something to do with that?”

it’s  different  with  him  .    she  has  her  family  (  those  she’d  sacrifice  the  world  to  protect  )  ,    her  inner  circle  ,    and  then  her  family’s  .  .  .  companions  .    most  don’t  stick  around  long  enough  to  matter  ,    in  her  experience  .    so  she  puts  little  attention  into  forming  a  connection  with  them  .    she  doesn’t  blame  her  own  family  ,    as  a  result  ,    for  the  lack  of  care  they  have  for  her  own  flings  .    but  daniel  had  stuck  on  the  family  like  a  leech  .    she’s  not  sure  they  could  shake  him  if  they  tried  -  aside  from  killing  him  .

“    just  because  you  have  poor  taste  doesn’t  mean  i  do​  .    ”   she  insists  ,    accepting  the  drink  with  an  eye  roll  .   “   i  only  go  to  dive  bars  when  i’m  hungry  .    ”    and  she  is  ,    hungry  that  is  .    “   if  you’re  good  ,    maybe  we  can  go  there  next  .    ”    

she  lifts  her  drink  to  her  lips  ,    downing  it  in  one  go  .    the  pain  is  immediate  -  and  sharp  ,    as  though  she’d  swallowed  thorns  .    a  sharp  hiss  slips  out  ,    and  if  it  were  not  for  years  of  practice  ,    she’d  be  having  a  fit  in  the  middle  of  the  place  .    still  ,    her  glare  is  sharp  as  she  looks  to  him  .    her  movement  is  quick  enough  to  go  unseen  by  the  humans  around  them  ,    but  strong  enough  that  the  fork  from  the  table  is  firmly  impaled  into  his  thigh  .  “    fuck  .    if  i  didn’t  enjoy  this  place  so  much  ,    i’d  tear  your  arm  off  .    ”    and  she’d  enjoy  it  .  “    god  knows  why  i  put  up  with  you  .    ”

Four centuries - the length of time he had been bound to the ardeleanu family, even longer if you counted the time he had spent with Damien during his humanity. Most would, but Danny didn’t. Regardless, it was safe to say he wasn’t going anywhere which meant that had no choice but to bond with the rest of the family. Lucky for him - aside from his sire - Letha wasn’t a hassle to deal with. Danny genuinely liked her and the feistiness that came from her. Perhaps because they were so similar in their need for chaos and destruction. 

“Ohhh - a vampire with rich girl tastes - not a cliche at all. What are you? The Cullens?” Danny teased with a laugh at the image. He would classify her as the Rosalie of the family and almost broke down in chuckles at the thought. “Which is why I suggested it because I’m starving and the Duckling is easy pickings.” Not that he couldn’t compel his way to a meal here but whatever. “Besides,” the vampire began again, holding up his drink as he spoke. “I’m only a good boy for one person and you aren’t it.” He threw his sister-in-law a wink as he finished the sentence. 

Danny almost choked on his own drink when Letha finally gulped down hers. “Oh shit! The look on your face! I should have had my camera ready!” He was so distracted by his amusement that he hadn’t expected the sudden fork being stabbed into his thigh. He bit his tongue to bite back the yelp - though it was born more out of shock than actual pain. “Damn, girl!” The vampire chuckled, reaching underneath the table to pull the fork out of his leg and swiftly throwing it back so it embedded into the original’s shoulder without a care about who saw it in the bar. “That tickled - but you shouldn’t threaten me with such a good time. You know how much I love that.” He wouldn’t have married her brother if he wasn’t a masochist. “Besides, I’d like to see you try.” He taunted, though the original easily could and had, in fact, done so and worse in the past. “That’s revenge for bringing me to this dumb bar.”

The bar was super busy night. Leo was severing many drink and a lot of people gave dirty gross looks in how his drinks tastes but his charm and personality have them forgetting how they taste. The boy only knew how to bartend for 2 years sinee he is legit only 23-(24..). He only applied to this Job to give his brother niko a laugh that someday he will be a striper.

Nightly closing

Leo cleaning up the bar being his silly goofy mood as always making it fun. The night was growing cold. it was time for him to go home to his apartment that he shares with his brother. He says goodbye to his coworkers . taking his tip money in pocket and taking his leather coat in hand over the shoulder. He walks out and waves bye once more and shouted at them. Making jokes, he was chuckling until he was stopped by a stranger *danny*. He knew him…. he was at the bar just saw glimpse of him since it’s been busy.

The meeting

The moment danny opened his mouth “I have to admit, darling, i didn’t think you’d be the one of the ones that’s lived”. It’s send a shiver down his spine. Not knowing what this stranger is talking about. He turned to him giving him a awkward laugh saying

“What do you mean, sir?” He gave a small smile and was speaking in a low tired seeming voice

There was a cruel grin on Daniel’s lips as he took one last, deep inhale of smoke before tossing his cigarette to the side carelessly. His eyes glanced over Leo and he couldn’t help the soft chuckle that emerged from him. He really was just downright adorable. Danny still remembered how vicious he had been - driven by the bloodlust of his first feed. Leo had been beautiful - to be honest, he had almost made Danny want to stay but fledglings were such a burden to bring up. Danny preferred to see if they could even survive before he paid them any mind. 

Leo, despite some of his doubts, had survived, it seemed. Even if the other didn’t remember him. Shame. Closing the distance between them, Danny reached over and trapped Leo’s chin between his thumb and index finger, forcing the new vampire to look him in the eyes. “You don’t remember, darling?” He tutted with a disappointed shake of his head and a dramatic sigh. 

“I could never forget...” Danny let go of his chin and reach over to cup his cheek, more condensing in nature than anything else. “I wasn’t planning on turning you, y’know? You seemed too weak for the change.” He paused, tucking a piece of stray, messy hair behind Leo’s ear. “But, I figured what the hell?” His shoulders shrugged as if the choice had been as inconsequential as choosing what to eat for lunch. In fact, he had turned Leo’s life upside down but that hardly mattered to him. “And when you transitioned and just went wild and kept killing and feeding?” A low whistle broke through Danny’s lips. “Now that was a beautiful sight. Still, I wasn’t sure you’d live past your first month but it’s been a year and you’re still kicking.”

Danny took a step back them, crossing his arms over his chest as he leaned back against the wall. “Now, you’re worth my time. So tell me, darling, how have you survived this whole time?”

Who: Leo Rivas @humanend​ and Danny Whitechapel What: After not seeing Leo for a year after turning him in, Danny decides it’s time for his fledging to find out who his sire is.  Where: The Glass Slipper

In his almost seven centuries of life, Daniel Whitechapel had turned quite a few humans - mostly because of his sadistic nature and at times, because the humans entertained him enough and wanted to be turned. Despite that, he was probably the worst sire in the world - a fact even his own husband could attest to given he probably would be considered a better sire. Danny honestly never cared to train or teach his fledglings the way of their new world. He figured - let them cause chaos and destruction and have fun watching or they get killed for being stupid. 

However, despite his lack of care, Danny never forgot the face of fledging and Leo Rivas was no exception to the rule. Daniel had caught wind of him again when he first came to Los Santos, surprised his little murderous star - what a sight that night had been - had stayed in the city and was, let alone, alive after his massacre. He watched from a distance the month he’d been here so far, but eventually, he decided enough was enough. 

For the night, Danny watched Leo as he worked the bar, ordering drinks and flashing charming smiles to the other. It was clear he didn’t remember him - even better. Once the club had closed down, Danny waited outside the entrance of the club. The streets were quiet and all that could be heard was the subtle intake of breath as Danny inhaled from his cigarette - a useless habit since he didn’t even need to breathe but it was a soothing one, nonetheless. It wasn’t until he heard and smelled Leo coming that Danny pushed off the building wall to greet the young vampire with a smirk.

“I have to admit, darling, I didn’t think you’d be one of the ones that lived.”

Who: Danny Whitechapel x Letha @faetells​ Where: IO - Rooftop Bar What: Prank buddies, frenemies, whatever you want to call them, Letha and Danny get along well...most times. Tonight, they opt to go for drinks, and of course, Danny can’t resist pulling a prank on the original. 

The Original family was more in cahoots with Danny than he ever thought they would be. At first, it had only been Damien, as his first love and then, regrettable sire. Fast forward a few centuries, their older brother had come into his life and soon became his husband. And well, Letha? She had been a surprise altogether. Daniel wouldn’t go as far as consider her a friend, but she was certainly something since he had long since decided to keep her around. 

If nothing else, Letha was beyond entertaining and their ongoing rivalry was fun for someone as masochistic and sadistic as Daniel. If he wasn’t such a cold asshole, he might have said that Letha deserved the title of world’s best sister-in-law, Tonight was no different - they had decided to have drinks tonight. Danny would have enjoyed The Ugly Duckling but he had given in and agreed to go to IO- Rooftop Bar. 

Drink in hand, Danny walked back to the booth they had claimed as theirs and passed the drink over to Letha. “You know, boujee places like are boring as hell. I still say we should have gone to Duckling.” The younger vampire shrugged and brought his whiskey up for a drink. His blue eyes remained casual but they studied the original, waiting for her to take a sip of her drink. The few drops of vervain he had laced the drink with would give her hell and he knew he’d pay for it later but this was their thing and Daniel couldn’t pass up the chance. It was too perfect.

Who: Danny Whitechapel x @bloodofthewitch​ Where: House of the Horn God Shop What: In search of specific ingredients he needs for a spell of a local witch - yes, to cause hell upon Damien - Daniel is sent to the shop on the errand run. Annoying, but whatever. What the vampire didn’t expect was to run into a ghost of his past.

The Anderson coven was known for being extremely large and exceedingly powerful. Danny had grown up in that world - long before Damien had turned him against his will. It was another reason he had been so bitter about it. Daniel had planned to extend his life to be with the other but things had changed. Regardless of that, however, his heritage meant that he had extensive knowledge of magic and spells. It’s what gave him more of an advantage than Damien realized. 

Sure, his sire had his home bound by magic so he couldn’t cross the threshold, even if he had already been invited in, but that didn’t mean that the spell couldn’t be outdone. It was a theory but one Danny was interested in. This spell took a lot of ingredients and his witch buddy had sent him an errand run for the things they needed. Normally, Danny would have scoffed back at the audacity but for once, his filter kicked in and he did as he was told. 

Look for Oliver at House of the Horn God. The instruction had made Daniel pause when first given - a moment of deep shock rendering the vampire comatose. What were the odds that this would be the same Oliver? He had deemed it impossible but now, as he stood outside the shop, there was no way to deny it. Oliver’s intoxicating scent invaded Danny’s nose - so deeply familiar and never forgotten but yet, he refused to believe it. 

Danny didn’t love the way normies do. He couldn’t -  and he was aware of that to a degree. It’s why his marriage worked - they were equals and loved in similar ways. It was a rarity whenever he did find himself liking someone - let alone loving them. It had only happened with Syd since his turning. That is until he ran into Oliver Sanders - a young witch that was the embodiment of sunshine. Olive got under Danny’s skin and he doesn’t know how it happened but it did. Thankfully, his marriage had allowed for such a relationship to even happen but there had been times Daniel wished Syd had just said no. They had been together for five years some hundred years or so ago but despite being happy, Danny knew one thing - he could never give Oliver what he truly wanted. 

In the rarest show of selflessness and slight empathy - a fact he’d deny later on and gag over - Danny had let go of Oliver and, for his own sake, had a witch erase his memories of their time together. An act to save Oliver from further pain. He hadn’t seen the young witch since and he had assumed the other had long passed - Daniel had grieved him, in his own way, for a decade and though he hadn’t pined for long, Oliver never strayed much from his mind. 

The vampire’s feet finally carried him into the store and he had to hold his breath to not be overwhelmed with Oliver’s scent - fuck, he had always smelled so good. Keen eyes searched through the store, and it took him a second before he finally spotted the witch. It was his Oliver. Oli looked the same as he had a century ago - sweet, innocent, beautiful and those doe eyes Danny adored were still his biggest weapon. If he hadn’t been holding his breath, Danny swore it would have been stolen. His pipsqueak had always disarmed the vampire in a similar way only his husband had the capacity to do. Clearing his throat, Danny approached the counter and tried to clear his head. Was the spell still intact? Did Oliver still not remember them? “Hey there, sweets. Mind lending me a hand?” Danny asked, placing the list of things he needed on the counter and giving Oliver the most charming smile he had - the same one that had made the other fall for him all those years ago.

Who: Danny Whitechapel x @vindlcated​ Where: Scarlet Rose What: In his promise to make Damien’s life a living hell, Danny makes a reappearance into his life at the tattoo parlor...again.

Their first reunion after nearly seven hundred years still remained fresh on Daniel Whitechapel’s mind. How could he forget breaking into Damien’s shop, destroying his sire’s precious iPad, deleting his cloud, and, of course, revealing the real kicker that he had married his older brother, Syd. Sure, Damien had pulled his own stunt by holding Danny out in the sun but like Danny had warned him, all that had done was start a war. Danny wasn’t a chess master if not for his unending patience when it came to long-haul plans. His recent reign over Nashville and the serial murders he had been responsible for were proof of that. That’s what today was - a small piece of a long war Damien had brought onto himself.

Danny would have to get more creative in his plans of hell for Damien - however, as he worked on that, coming back to Scarlet Rose was the only option he had. Similar to the first time Danny crash-landed into his sire’s life, he found himself in the tattoo parlor. 

It was open for business this time around, so he hadn’t needed to break in, much to his dismay. He could feel Lucas’ glare from across the room, but the pup did little but amuse Daniel, even if he had tried to kick him out. The sun was down so it wasn’t like there was much of a threat. All he knew was that Lu had texted Damien to warn him of his presence - party pooper.

Spinning in Damien’s chair at his station, Danny grinned as he scented his sire’s approach. “You know - despite running into two of my fledglings, and feeding freely, I gotta say, I missed the grumpy look on your face, darling.” He teased the older vampire, his fingers absentmindedly twisting his wedding band. “Your dog over there had to ruin my fun and let you know I’m here but that’s alright - I have a bit of a surprise for you either way!” Danny jumped off the chair with a bright smile and deep mischief swimming in the blue depths of his eyes.
