Tenko x Shuichi headcanons
If you wanted world's biggest slowburn... It most probably them.
Although Shuichi did recognize his feelings for her quickly, he didn't wanted to make things uncomfortable for her.
In Tenko's case... It was pure denial.
But either way the one to eventually say anything was Tenko- even though Shuichi had to ask her if she was asking him out or not.
They don't rush things, they want everything to be natural. At the very beginning Shuichi had hard time getting used to having someone- and Tenko felt similar but she was too happy to call it the same.
Tenko is very affectionate, and usually she doesn't think about it whenever she initiates it.
While Shuichi is somewhat touch starved he has a habit of always asking first if she's okay with him displaying affection... And each time he asks she is just so flustered!
She isn't flustered due to the touch- but due to him asking. He just does it in this sweet and adorable way she can't help her reactions.
Shuichi really likes how she became so open about her feelings once they got together, so he was sure to do the same.
They have their arguments, but they don't happen as often as with some couples. Still Tenko tends to act a little less mature during their fights. But they talk things out once both of them calm down.
Although she doesn't get along with Kaito the best, she joins their training routine and often providing everyone with good exercise advice.
