So they knew dragonglass could kill White Walkers, they had some and I think at some point they said it was quite easy to find? So why didn’t they go to Hardhome with dragonglass weapons? How hard would it be to make a dagger out of dragonglass? Jon does it in A Clash of Kings, he doesn’t know what good it could be but he does it anyway, and when he finally has a need for a dragonglass dagger he just put it all raw in a bag, nevermind that it’ll be no use if the White Walker attack.
