I don't know what you did, but I just started the day with 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats and then 10km running! #saitamamode #trainuntilyourhairfallsoff Okey, tbh, I could even barely move after the 100 squats so I really don't know how much I managed to run... even was my first run in a few months, so might have rather been 5km ;-) #fucknewyearsresolutions #getfitordietryin Lets see if I can really do this "everyday"... or for now: lets see if I can even get down the stairs tomorrow morning! :D
