Lagunitas Sakitumi IPA (Picked up at Bev-Mo). A 3 of 4. Mostly tropical and citrus notes in the nose and a lighter body with some sticky lacing. A bit boozy in the body and relatively high carbonation and a bit thin. Relatively easy-drinking, and borderline irresponsible putting a 9% 32oz bottle out.

With the weather being nice today, we decided to unwind with a light, yet strong beer. The beer we are trying is the Sakitumi by Lagunitas. I picked up citrus, dank hoppiness on the nose. I taste sake, rice, and the sweetness that you get from a lot of Lagunitas beers. It's like a pleasant sweetness that massages your tongue as you enjoy the beer. I find that, for a 9% abv, this beer is very easy to drink. I'd highly recommend this beer, as I really enjoyed it. I really haven't had any beer by Lagunitas I didn't like. I suggest you get one if you see it. Get two. Get three. Shit, get them all and have a party.
