This took me a while and I think I haven't even get an idea of how could be so I decided to write what comes to my head in the moment lol @sakura-ino
I'm really touched because you asked my opinion? Like wow! No one asks my opinion but when I write it with no one asking I’m attacked x’D Well... I wish they show us the Shikatema wedding but seems we are only getting Naruhina (I mean, yeah... Naruto is the protagonist so... xd)
The first thing that comes to my head is the fact that Shikamaru and Temari belongs to different places. And I think Temari started living in Konoha after their marriage? So somehow, probably they had their wedding in Sunagakure. Why? Because Gaara is the kazekage and she is the sister, so basically all Sunagakure could have a party lol And Shikamaru's friends and family went there too.
I really like the idea of both wearing white wedding clothes because of the colors of Sunagakure (and without their ponytails lol no tie up hair this time) but there's a lot of sand and sand storms plus the weather so they and the guests must wear a special thing in their heads if there's too much wind. I have no clue about the place where they could have the wedding, tho lol But I imagine it in a high place so they are outside?
We also know that in Sunagakure there's no plants and actually I find strange if they use cactus as decoration haha but at the same time could be cute if Gaara tried with some somewhere using ribbons to make them prettier and probably, in my crazy head, Kankuro is using his puppets to play with the guests or even serving the cake after the ceremony. Don't ask me how lol I just had the idea. (Temari cut the cake with her big fan xd)
Temari could be like "please, don't make me feel embarrassed" but they did anyways haha. And Shikamaru in other hand, could be trying to understand how they will clean all that mess because is a big party just because her future wife is the big sister of the Kazekage.
Sakura won the bouquet of flowers after to fight with Ino. They took lots of pictures and Shikamaru was embarrassed most of the time so he looks grumpy in the 99% of them, except one when Temari asked her to smile for her and he tried but the photographer (aka, Kankuro) captured a weird expression of him that wasn't even close to a smile. It was a derp face.
I don't have more details in my head but then they had a honeymoon and went to hot spring in some random place and finally they moved to their own house in Konoha. They got a second party there as a welcome to the new couple just married, but a casual one. In this one Shikamaru got drunk and ended kissing Temari and hugging her being super cheesy.
