Crispy Fish - Sala Thai I put off this post for a while because I have no words to accurately depict how I feel about this dish! The fish is very moist and buttery and wildly crispy, and the sauce is so garlicky and salty and sweet and good. Ask for extra sauce so you can inject it into your bloodstream as you eat. You won’t regret it.

I had never had Sala Thai before and I heard good things about it so off we went! We got the pad thai and eggplant something or other but it was delicious and the guy who served us was very cute so 10/10.
