Crispy Fish - Sala Thai I put off this post for a while because I have no words to accurately depict how I feel about this dish! The fish is very moist and buttery and wildly crispy, and the sauce is so garlicky and salty and sweet and good. Ask for extra sauce so you can inject it into your bloodstream as you eat. You won’t regret it.

We always enjoy their whole fried crispy fish and we also went all out with their Peking Duck which is served properly in pancakes with hoisin sauce and shredded scallions, rolled tabledside.
