One of my theories is that, this particular thing stems from my unnatural and utterly ridiculous and irrational fear, that if someone knows my “identity” they will hate me. Though, I don’t know where this fear comes from, it is just there. So being on anon, is truly a safety net. Now, this is hella strange and don’t even makes sense because why would I assume that people would hate me if they could identify me? Why am I afraid of such a thing anyway? Such a fear is simply ridiculous.

You have a very good point there, it does make it easier to pull back without consequences.

Another thing is that, on anon, no one knows (well, in the ideal case) they are talking to me, so it lets me play with my speech more freely, makes it easier to talk about particular topics... It is not like I “have to keep an image” here, though... uhm, how to put it... perhaps there are no expectations...? Hmm...

And I unfortunately have to agree with you, that it is a double-edged sword... It is disgustion and horrible and cruel how some people abuse anonymity, using it to hurt others. :’(

Yes, YES! The song was so great AND the performance was so nice too! I’m the type of person that cares about the song more than the performance, so it weighs a lot more than the actual performance for me, but gosh, Iceland’s performance was so good... T-T

why refuse undertale? main char is a child that no one is sure gender of not that it matters, it has great story and characters, if you don't want to join because of fandom you know you can always chose not to get involved there but still enjoy the game, ^^ its video game where you don't have to kill, but when you do you will be crying, a lot, i mean unless you dislike angst then don't do it, don't play it,,,,

Oh I know. The only reason I’m not joining though is that even though it sounds very interesting and funny really, I’ll be more distracted than I am now and won’t be able to write the stories I want. Sorry :3

circus AU sounds great tbh, but what kind of circus? freak show ? or the proper one? also do you join troupe or run away with it, like so many ways to go with it! and you either crash and burn with it or make it epic! but of course its always worth it to give it a go!

Proper one (I’ve thought about this a lot)! (I’m gonna post this bc I want it in my au stuff tag, I hope you don’t mind ;n;)

Akashi would be the ringmaster, so he introduces the shows and closes them, he also does animal acts (mostly w/ lions), knife throwing and magic acts (he wears a read tail coat that is decorated in gold w/ a white dress shirt and gold waistcoat worn underneath, w/ black trousers and black shoes, he holds a black cane and wears a bowtie and black tophat too)

Kuroko, Takao, Kise, Momoi, Riko, Himuro, Moriyama and Furihata do acrobatics and aerial acts (leotards are worn for both of these, they are multicoloured)

Nijimura is the main person that does knife throwing and Momoi is the assistant in this (when she doesn’t do it, Takao does) (for this, Niji just wears a baggyish white shirt and black waistcoat with black trousers and no shoes, Momoi/Takao wear leotards)

Kiyoshi, Riko, Reo & Hanamiya do magic acts w/ Akashi (they have to wear black tailcoats, white dress shirts and green waistcoats w/ black trousers, shoes and a black tophat)

Kiyoshi, Hyuuga, Mayuzumi and Izuki walk around on stilts and often to juggling acts while they’re on them (they wear clown costumes or long suits, Mayuzumi & Hyuuga prefer the suits)

Nebuya, Murasakibara, Aomine and Kagami do the strong-man (they generally wear what they want) (ofc Kagami and Aomine often get into arguments over who the strongest is after the show is over)

Midorima, Kuroko, Kasamatsu & Mitobe do the animal acts w/ Akashi (Mitobe has a special stage name bc he does his show in silence and uses hand signals) [they are extremely kind to their animals and look after them very well, they have a special group of people that put all of their attention into their care (Ogiwara is one of them, Kuroko and Kiyoshi often help out), they are never harmed] (these people wear outfits the same as magic act people but wear blue waistcoats instead)

Aomine and Kagami do fire eating (they wear longish shorts for this and nothing else)

Miyaji, Kasamatsu and Hayama do sword swallowing (they also wear nothing but longish shorts or they’ll wear a lose shirt and waistcoat w/ the longish shorts, it’s up to them)

Hayakawa and Nebuya do human canonball (they can wear what they want for this)

Hara and the Miyaji brothers do tight rope walking (Hara tends to mess about when he does this and gets in trouble with Akashi a lot) (they wear light clothing)

Everyone else not mentioned are roustabouts (who help set everything up and take things down), animal trainers/caretakers or dancers (some of the above are also dancers) who perform between acts (they wear burlesque type clothing)

There are special events that aren’t done at every show, they do maybe 2/3 of them at each show, they are: strong-man, human canon-ball, tight rope walking, animal acts and magic acts. There are also other acts that many of the above characters are able to do such as mimes, unicycle riding, chapeaugraphy (a piece of felt is manipulated to look like different hats etc.)

I may have missed some out or mixed it up a bit but yeah, I like this AU…. There’s plenty of room to add whatever pairings you like to it too ^w^
