The meaning of 'salbae'.

Hello everyone! This is going to be a blog about weight-loss and everyday life in Orlando, Florida. I have lived here a year and have not done much (besides the several trips to Universal/Islands of Adventure). 

I basically wanted to make a new blog now that I have started to work out but I feel like there will be more than just that! 

'salbae' actually means 'loose weight' in Korean (the B being more of a P when said; actually... it probably should have been 'salppae' but whatever! my blog!)! 

Here are my stats to keep them recorded:

height: 5'11 weight: 225 lbs. comfort in work uniform: none.

Now, let me tell everyone that if you have a chance to sign up for the Y do it!!! I love it so much and so many free things. They have a 50 dollar off membership right now so get going! It's a one time 35 dollar fee and then 30 dollars a month (and this month take off 50$!) They have pools, several different classes for all sorts of levels ( basic  - advanced ), all kinds of work out machines, sauna, personal trainers, friendly staff. Mine is on the smaller side but it is still two floors with a track on the top floor as well! It's really great!!
