#21 Inktober 2024 Salbei or Sage; Salvia officinalis Addition to it's use in the kitchen, it's healing properties are also numerous: it has antiseptic, antibiotic, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. In addition to it's soothing effect on sore throats and throat infections, it is also used to treat digestive problems and inflamed gums.
