you said the creature is an oc. i'm curious about it. what's it's name?

it's the corrupted beastly geist form of Salem Hexner. [@bool-prop 's oc] [pictured here, an old but a good pic]

Salem, being so addicted to the ectoplasm that comes from Peter's geist form plus his undying loyalty and special bond, starts to turn into something similar. However, he's recently had a werewolf bite that makes it more of a fucked up dog than what was originally designed, which resembled more of a serpent mixed with a lion.

So, its name? basically Geist Salem.

There's a handful of details developing behind the scenes with this, stay tuned for more renders and lore™

also every time i draw peter he gets like +2% more punk and i cant help it it looks good on him--

the third pic was a sudden idea of a peter and salem fusion. not really any other reason or context besides that.

What do you think Salem's monster form would look like if he had too much ectoplasm? Would it be the same as Peter's own geist form or different?

Not everyone is graced with their own geist form, it’s a rare, almost nonexistent thing to happen. but, I’ve thought about it a few times, and it’d be a mishmash of creature characteristics thru a bit of symbolism- at least when it comes to original geists that arent the main 6. 

Salem’s geist form would be something suiting to Salem. Prideful like a lion, deceitful and venomous like a snake, and some other characteristics that arent too visually obvious. 

But, why would we want to ruin Salem’s perfect face?

in my absence I’ve been doing more occasional work with learning 3D stuff!! Here’s a few projects i have going! I sculpted and rigged everything in this photoset except for Salem- his model was a Sims 3 conversion from @bool-prop . However, I still did rigging for him from scratch, since the conversion was just the mesh by itself. Even made some shape keys for facial expressions!
