The mirror moved.
I thought I heard something moving across the floor, and that maybe it was one of my friends slipping inside my room to jump-scare me or something, but no one was there. My roommate has a full-length mirror leaning against the wall on her side of the room at a very specific angle so that we can actually see ourselves in it. Nothing is ever close enough to it to bump it out of place.
It was a good four inches out of position.
