My newest addition to the herd is this sweet sea pony! She’s a lonely teal blue and her embroidery is well done. I love her little hat!

I saw her on Ebay for $15, and when I got the package it came with a sticker and a little pin.

An unpublished photo from 2006. This is a Classic Pens CP7 Atlantic fountain pen, based on the sterling silver Sailor 80, and released as a two-pen set with the Pacific in 2003. The Sailor 80 is a streamlined version of the Sailor Profit, introduced in 1991 on Sailor’s 80th anniversary. Sailor is one of the three top pen makers in Japan, noted particularly for the quality of their nibs. The density and complexity of the Atlantic Flamme Vague engraving is intended to reflect the turbulent nature of the Atlantic Ocean. The guilloche engraving was done by the Murelli company of France. Only 250 sets were made. The 21 karat gold nib was originally offered with seven standard grades: extra fine, fine, medium-fine, medium, broad, zoom and music.
