Some more Gerþudiel. I decided that the best wings for her are cluttered black feathery ones, with some metal elements. Also her weapon is technically the horn she carries around all the time, and she can transform it into a spear or a bow when needed. But the horn is the most perilous weapon of all; Its sound is the sign of the start of a new apocalypse. It's time to use it one day, but not too soon.

"Hey, uh, you've picked toadstools only and, uh..." "Yea? They'r' nice looking in any dish'n'stuff and shroom's a shroom."

Some problems occur when your friend group consists of different species. Salkahis (white creature in the middle) need to be careful with mushrooms, so this fella is slightly concerned. Aridmanders (lizard person) can eat almost anything anyway, and something like toadstool is just a nicely colored shroom. Their gureta (fossa-esque one on a tree) buddy noticed a squirrel instead. And their gryphon pal on the background is pretty much that, yes, I know absolutely nothing about mushrooms.

That roadsign needs distances to places or maybe you can just ask the frog about things.

This is Sloth pretending to be a salkahi. Otherwise okay disguise but imagine looking at someone's eyes and them looking more like flawless doll eyes rather than squishy wet fleshballs. Mildly unsettling at close, works from further distance. (Floating crown is not part of actual appearance, just drawing them just to show that hey this is one of the things.)

Some sketching of dragon Percival and his friend salkahi that I just named Iila. They're mail carriers who ended up taking the place of previous person who had done the duty of handling the deliveries for more difficult end of recipients. Difficult as in most people don't even know they exist and successful mail delivery usually requires some really specific directions and capability to face supernatural things.

Both are very dutiful and wanted a bit more interesting tasks than just delivering letter through their sparsely populated home area, but it is rather unnerving to get a task to bring a book to someone who is a mythical being from old stories.

It become pretty clear for this salkahi that why this old path was not used much nowadays.

The actual story behing this piece is that I saw this specific scene in a dream: nearly dark forest after sunset, old duckboard bridge over a brook, and two glowing eyes in that so said brook. I woke up before I got to know what that thing was.
