Ingredients: 2 cups mixed leafy greens. 4 oz smoked salmon, sliced. 1/4 cup chopped walnuts. 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese. 1/4 cup sliced cucumber. 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved. 2 tbsp olive oil. 1 tbsp lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste.
