Delicious 😋 Ingredients: 1 Cup flour 2 tbsp cocoa powder 1 tsp baking powder 1tsp baking soda 1/4 cup curd 1/4 cup butter 1/2 cup castor sugar 1/4 milk 1/2 tsp vanilla essence 1/2 tsp salt Any baking tin (round and greased) that fits inside your pressure cooker easily. Method: 1. Take a pressure cooker add salt at the bottom,place a small steel bowl on which the cake would sit and cover with a lid but without the whistle and gasket for 10 minutes on medium heat (do not add water in the cooker). 2. In a mixing bowl, sift the flour, cocoa powder,baking powder and baking soda. 3. Add in the butter, sugar, salt, vanilla essence mix the ingredients using a whisk. 4. Add the curd and milk mix the batter until smooth. 5. Transfer into the baking tin. 6. After 10 mins open the lid of the pressure cooker and place the baking tin very carefully onto the steel bowl upright. 7.Close the lid (without the whistle and gasket), lower the flame and let it cook until done for 30 minutes. 8. Once done check with toothpick whether the cake is cooked or not , if cooked remove it very carefully with a holder and let it cool down for 30 mins. 9. Take a knife and cut around the edges of the baking tin for the cake to slide out perfectly. 10. You can now drizzle with liquid chocolate. 11.
