These Salt-n-Pepper Potato Jammers wedges are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with flavor from a blend of aromatic spices. Perfect for snacking or serving as a delicious side dish!
Ingredients: 4 medium potatoes, washed and cut into wedges. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 teaspoons sea salt. 1 teaspoon black pepper. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1 teaspoon paprika. 1/2 teaspoon chili powder optional.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 425F 220C. Toss the potato wedges with olive oil in a large bowl until they are well covered. If you want to use chili powder, mix sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and it in a small bowl. Add the spice mix to the potato wedges and toss them around until they are well covered. Place the seasoned potato wedges on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper so that they do not touch. After the oven is hot, bake for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping once halfway through, or until golden brown and crispy. When it's done, take it out of the oven and let it cool down for a few minutes. As a tasty snack or side dish, serve hot.
