Okay, I’ve got some seriously mixed feelings about this zis-topia update.

I just… Okay, what happened? Behind the scenes? No really. I think this owes some kind of explanation.

Here’s the problem. This comic was framed as a noir story. NOWHERE in the beginning was it ever hinted that it would become an actual 17+ thriller cyberpunk videogame-tier gorefest. You can’t lead readers on by switching genres like that for shock value. I know there was some blood and gore and intense scenes, but this is really pushing it. Even the earlier comics had some humor in them, but the recent updates have gotten more and more cynical, and this is pretty much the breaking point.

If the intent was to shock me, then it succeeded. I’ll give it props for actually making me feel something, which is relatively rare. The fact that it succeeded at what it intended to do is genuinely praise-worthy.

But this comic really descended into grimdark territory, and that’s not what I initially signed up for. I’ve been having doubts on the comic for a while now, and now there’s no turning back with how I feel about it. If this is the direction the comic is going to take, I don’t think I want to continue reading it in my current pace.

oh and also dont frickin question me when i say full downs are illegal for level three because i watch more cheer videos in one single day then all of you people ever have combined and i told every single person on that team that they were illegal and no one believed me and they're lucky i told matt because we would have been disqualified so dont frickin tell me i don't know what i'm talking about because i know my cheer stuff and i did this whole time those people are lucky i like bows so much otherwise i wouldve let their sorry butts be disqualified and then they'd all worship me because i was right because i take cheerleading seriously unlike those other teammates whose names i barely even know because they never show up.

oh also btdubs people need to show up for frickin practice because i still have homework and i missed criminal minds and svu and i had to make the banner today and i still showed up because we have competition in 3 weeks and we cant frickin hit our stunts because we cant work on them because no one is there and I dont have my tuck yet so i show up extra and bust my butt and these people are off like sleeping i mean come on now.

oh also i cant watch the premiere from tonight until i recap myself on last seasons finale and I cant watch criminal minds until after i watch svu so now its not gonna get done until like Sunday.

me like 2 weeks ago: Pre-orders SVU season 13 and pays 13 extra bucks for it to get it the day it comes out, and writes a nice note explaining to the people why i need it right away
