I love them a lot. They have great chemistry, an interesting story, and are just super well written. They actually made me wanna continue tvd (also blame @zalrb beautiful metas). People say that they’re boring (mostly because of the fluff), but I personally love a good amount of sweetness in a relationship. Plus there was a fuckton of angst there as well. Easily my favorite ship for characters!

I'm stuck between "Stuck in a CEO sandwich" and "The difficulties of coming out to Joe West" those titles are amazing 😭

YAY! Okay so "Stuck in a CEO sandwich" is a Kara x Lena x Kate Kane fic where Kate and Lena dont wanna wake up, leaving Kara trapped between them. I was thinking about them as like a rare pair ot3 and was like why dont people ship this and yeah. Its nowhere near done but I cant wait to finish it, it fill me with happy vibes

"The difficulties of coming out to joe west" is a snowestallen 4+1 fic in which the three of them are all trying to come up with ways to come out to Joe and tell him that they're all dating eachother. It's just pure fluff and I love it so much.

I'm intrigued by "Legacy of None"... 👀

Legacy of None:

So, this one is just a mess. I’m not sure what the title means/where it came from or if this should even be in my WIP folder. It’s less a specific story than a dumping ground for my thoughts?

Basically, I’m extremely attached to several characters in “Legacies,” but I’m also frustrated with most of the show. There are a lot of little things, especially regarding the logistics of the school, that drive me crazy. The show had (has?) a lot of potential, and they kept building that up with characters and relationships and then dropping it. I think they squandered any hope for good, cohesive plot from episode 2x08 on. Now, every so often, I get the intense urge to rewrite it all. To start with the worldbuilding they neglected, fit it a little better into the TVD/TO universe with the supernatural rules they outlined (especially regarding magic!), and carry some of their plot points through in a way they haven’t. Of course, I can barely sit down to write a 300 word reading response for class, so a multiple-seasons’ worth fix-it rewrite is highly unlikely. 😅

It both helps and hurts that at this point there are OC’s attached to all this that feel immovable and change things significantly. For numerous reasons, even if I did end up writing it, the story would just be self-indulgent and probably not something I’d ever post anywhere. But, if you’re interested, I will ramble about all the general changes I’d want to make below the cut! (Send me a WIP title and I’ll tell you about it!)

Logistics: I would want, first and foremost, to make the Salvatore school actually pass for a school better. We rarely ever see them in class, and they have like...one (1) whole teacher we see at a time, generally Dorian, so I’d want to make classes more present and explore all of that. Especially because this is so interesting! Does the school cost money for student attendance? What kinds of classes would they have? Are there specialized classes for vampires and werewolves (there should be!)? How do they account for all the regular, non-magical information these students would need to learn? Are they in school for longer each day? Do they have fewer breaks during the year? Do they have extra years before they can graduate? Do they somehow weave magic into everything? How do they fit all this information in?? Do they have sports and other extracurriculars like debate? Clubs? I also crave a better look into the structure of the school! How much bigger is it? How many students are in attendance? Do most of the students have to share rooms? Are the bathrooms only communal or do some rooms have their own? Are they separated by species? And finally a better idea of the supernatural community within Legacies. Clearly there are other supernatural schools if Penelope is attending one in Belgium--how connected are all of these schools? Is there a set curriculum? Are there specialized colleges and careers for magic/supernatural?   I have so many thoughts. So many questions.

Characters/Relationships: PEDRO!! Everyone adopting Pedro as little brother and him just generally being around all the time. I also want a solid backstory for Raf, a plotline all of his own of figuring out who he is and what he wants, and so! many! brotherly shenanigans! I would settle for this entire story being about Raf and Landon Brotherly Shenanigans. I just want so much more of them. I’d also want to dive deeper into MG’s situation with his parents and with accidentally killing one of his friends and how he’s coping (and I want KyMG damn it!!). Now that I have Cleo, I’m never letting go so I would absolutely want her around. (Maybe Kaleo. I’m not fully on board yet.) I’d want to take Kaleb from “The Boy Who Still Has a Lot of Good to Do” and sprint with that character development (beyond just becoming comic relief). I’d want Sebastian’s storyline to go a different direction (I hate where they went with it, and didn’t feel it fit). I’d want Josie becoming confident and independent and Lizzie continuing to develop her compassion and selflessness. For them both to find identities outside of one another. I’d want Hope slowly undoing her family’s trauma and leaving that legacy of codependency and toxicity and villainy behind. Hizzie best friends rights! And I’d either want Hosie or maybe Handosie (with a few important caveats. Handon have some pretty big issues to address for that to work imo) endgame. (I also have a soft spot for Lizdon dynamic.)

Plot: I’ve never been comfortable with Malivore being a person?? That whole thing was really weird to me, so I would approach it as just a hell dimension and place more focus on Triad. This changes Landon’s origin, but I think that could easily be accommodated by some creature (a phoenix!) in Malivore being his father, rather than Malivore itself. It just makes more sense to me for someone in Malivore to want out than for Malivore to be a living being. The basics of the plot would stay the same for S1 (the monster of the week and artifacts to unlock Malivore, etc) S2 would be mostly the same up until 2x07 which would be its point of divergence for me. Except I would want to ditch the S2 monster-of-the-week plotline and really focus in on a cohesive plot.

Alaric is 100% not fit to be running a supernatural school, and I’m glad they pointed out the issues with how he conducted it at the end of S1. I just wish they would have stuck to that. I also wasn’t big on how things played out with Headmaster Vardemus. I was way more interested in him literally being a supernatural elitist manipulating the students (Josie), and dark!Josie would have been more compelling if it was less about giving into dark magic and more about willingly giving into the darkest parts of herself. Especially as Josie is trying to escape codependent behaviors and figure out who she is and what she wants, she could easily be steered down the wrong path (and she was). They were definitely aiming for a Malivore!Landon/dark!Landon plotline eventually (they might be attempting rn?), which I think was really promising, especially with Landon’s determination to become a hero and prove that he isn’t useless. This leaves him extremely vulnerable to manipulation. (Also, just imagine the potential power of an arc involving dark!Josie and dark!Landon at the same time?? And Hope, who struggles with darkness herself, trying to find a way to bring them back without getting lost herself? gimme!!) I would focus this season around the students left vulnerable, the holes in their magical understanding exposed, and many of them being taken advantage of by the headmaster who clearly has ulterior motives (likely to free whomever was attempting to escape Malivore in the first place, which I’m dubbing Landon’s dad, to be the new Big Bad). Not sure where it would go after that, but I do know I would eventually want the Triad conflict to come back around in the end. It’s so brutal, but I’ve always loved the storylines where humans turn against the supernatural (like S6B of Teen Wolf, for example). It just feels 1) realistic, given how bigoted humans already are toward each other and 2) compelling to explore because even people with loved ones who are supernatural (Alaric comes to mind), there’s this deeply engrained fear of the power there. I also really love endings where the people realize they were wrong and learn and change their behavior.

Honestly I have 2 ways. I’m listening to music and reading fanfics or like watching a fave movie.

Yes and no!

Publicly? I try not to unless it’s like strangers on campus or something.

Something sweet like a Nutella sandwich or a Chocolate Chip Muffin.

I do but not a lot. I wear jewelry that isn’t that noticeable unless you really like pay attention like I wear heart studs and I have a heart necklace. Sometimes I’ll wear an evil eye bracelet. Also like gold and silver.

63.) do you have any scary stories?

Uhhh. Okay so this is not really scary but like I’m still affected by this in a way. I was at a sleepover with one of my best friends and we were talking about Bloody Mary and then we decided to do it. Lights off and a candle. Long story short, her sister came into the bathroom and turned on the lights before we could finish. Still everything was so tense and like we were just waiting there for something. I spent like weeks thinking about what would happen if we finished. Not only that but, I couldn’t look at a mirror. Especially in the dark for like months after that. I’m fine with mirrors now but the dark? Nah, I don’t trust anything about the dark.

I was listening to the Do Revenge Soundtrack earlier because every song in that movie is so good. All of them slap and none of them are skippable. Also I mean, it’s a hyper fixation!! Anyways, I just checked on Spotify and it was So Hot You’re Hurting My Feelings by Caroline Polachek!

I haven’t seen a movie in the theaters in like a hot minute. I think it was either Venom or A Wrinkle in Time. Whichever one came out last? I just remember it being 2018!
