19. How much do they train for combat spells or physical)? Do they have a favorite training/sparring partner?

Eero trains constantly because he was raised in an environment where he never knew what opponent he'd be up against next–whether they were bigger, smaller, played dirty, or were even humanoid at all.

As a Way of the Open Palm monk, Eero doesn't actually meditate under waterfalls or practice kata at dawn with the serene kind of discipline that most people would think of when considering his class type. His training is more akin to the performance he was always giving the audience in the pit when going head-to-head with his competitors: fast footwork, exaggerated flourishes, leaps, spins, and kicks that end with a wink if someone is watching.

He really enjoys sparring with both Karlach and Lae'zel because Karlach is all infernal power with a sense of fun that matches his own, while Lae'zel hits hard and never holds back. Not to mention, Lae'zel is the only one who can knock him flat on his ass and get a genuine, unguarded laugh out of him.

That said, he also seeks out Astarion often to train, claiming he needs practice fighting "oddly bendy opponents with range," but both of them know it is purely an excuse to get chest-to-chest and breath-to-breath, trading jabs and quips. Astarion enjoys how easily Eero blushes when he actually gets serious.

As far as combat spells, he rarely uses his Ki-based abilities. Sometimes he attempts to tap into their potential, though.

33. What non-leadership skill or area of expertise do all the companions seek them out for advice on?

In all honesty, nobody goes to Eero for advice on anything leadership-wise. Don't get me wrong, he has some leadership qualities, but on the surface, people find him to be generally quite reckless and selfish.

Eero is very headstrong and has a tendency to act before he thinks. Therefore, most of the party can't see past his impulsive behavior or the sacrifices he makes behind the bravado he portrays.

40. What's their favorite/least favorite part about life on the road?

EVERYTHING.

Eero LOVES absolutely EVERYTHING about life on the road. Compared to a cell floor, chains, and the roar of a crowd that wanted him or his opponent dead, the road is paradise. Nothing compares to the freedom of waking up where he pleases, eating what he wants, or the adventure.

He'll take sleeping beneath the stars over being chained to cold stone floors, the exhilaration of meeting strangers not knowing whether it will become a fight or new flirtation, and he wholeheartedly thrives on learning about life in the open world beyond his caged upbringing.

Despite pretending nothing bothers him on the surface, some things do cause him to feel anxious or jittery: tight spaces, locked doors, basements–any place where the sky is shut out. He becomes loud or overly flirtatious, overperforming to hide his inner panic.

Also...

Being underestimated, which unfortunately happens often. It reminds him of how disposable he was raised to be. It is a deep-rooted realization that no matter how much he tries to fit in, he actually has a hard time connecting with people or bonding on an emotional level.

sard how do you feel about sam. its fucking insane how im so obsessed with him. literally cannot think of anything else spn related if he's there. his stupid ass boyish charms and internalised trauma.... do you remember how he had the almost eye covering bangs,, and when in that one episode he and dean had to dress up as priest and he had to slick his bangs off his face to appear formal. and then after that he always parted his bangs in the middle. but at the start when his hair was shorter it looked quite messy at times still.... his stupid fucking brown eyes that look so vulnerable and all knowing. that time that trickster (was it gabriel? i think it was Gabriel) cursed him to watch dean die over and over again and then he went on hunting creatures alone for multiple months cuz dean died more permanently. you remember that. how he's always all caring but in the heat of the moment (haha) will absolutely throw hands. hghhghhg

i think your obsession with sam can balance out my obsession with gabriel, tears. i do miss his season one and two haircut so much though oh my god. bring it backkkkk. bring it back i say
