obsessed with the concept of eldritch horrors/creatures also being Just Some Guy. having an average joe be thrown into the role of something godlike & expecting this random shmuck to take on all these responsibilities can easily be either absolutely hilarious or absolutely horrifying. maybe he’ll be pretty chill about it and think it’s cool. maybe he’ll slowly lose his mind as all this ancient knowledge is forced upon him maybe he’ll doubt if he ever was truly human maybe he’ll try so hard with everything in him to cling to the remnants of the past he still has maybe he’ll become trapped in his own monstrous cycle maybe he’ll be consumed by the unlimited expanse of his own power. or maybe he’ll be fine. i doubt it though.
