My friend @samdoesarts did a little portrait of me last year and (jokingly) made a second version where I look like a bodybuilder and to this day... I won't even look at the original. It doesn't capture the "true me" the way this version does.
This is my favorite.
I aspire to be this version of me one day.
The original is adorable.... see?
But "swole" Scott is my favorite and I want to always be remembered that way.

They're all different, but I'm feeling more comfortable in myself with them and I've certainly learnt to create art for myself with them.
Shoutout to the SamDoesArts YouTube and Discord for getting me this far. Now, if I could just properly figure out the fucking blending tool.

If you use Pinterest for inspiration or to collect images, you can now filter out a lot of AI images from your searches.
This video from SamDoesArts explains where the settings are and how it works (he also has an interesting channel). The settings were in a slightly different place on my phone, but easy enough to find eventually.
Very nice that Pinterest have added this feature for those of us who are sick of AI slop cluttering up our feeds and want to appreciate art made by humans. Let's hope some other platforms give us the option but, for now, this is a big win.
