I'm allergic to methylchloroisothyiozolinone (MCI), a chemical preservative used in liquid toiletries, cleaning products, makeup, etc. It is EVERYWHERE, but no one's heard of it. Luckily it only causes a mild rash (which my Good Lotion can mostly negate) but I empathize with your "weird allergy no one's heard of and/or doesn't believe."
