I was being mad at konoha 11, but then remembered nobody actually gave them any details, Kakashi forbade Naruto to share what Obito told him about Uchiha massacre. For k11 Sasuke attacked not Danzo, but a Hokage.
So, it had turned into another propaganda - Sasuke the enemy of the state, attacking their leader, not because he has a reason to want Danzo dead, not because any of them (Shikamaru) would do the same in his position, but because he's simply evil now.
