Was debating posting this, but sometimes it’s healthy to give your body a break from overeating if you’re very full but your mind still craves more food. If anyone else is struggling with not knowing how much to eat, what to eat, when to eat, do some research and also listen to your body. Ppl will try to tell you that you should try to do all kinds of things, live certain lifestyles, but you have to listen to your gut...literally.
