as awesome as dreamland and danger island are I'm still hardly adjusted to AU cyril and how aggressive/drastically OOC he is compared to his usual self and I'm suuuper glad its non-canon

BIG MOOD!!! I prefer Danger Island much more as I thought Dreamland was a bit boring. I don’t like this OOC Cyril either because I feel like they’re purposefully trying to make him unlikable and nonredeemable for some reason. But at the same time it kinda makes sense because all the characters in Dreamland and Danger Island are from Archer’s perspective. And I htink he subconsciously views irl Cyril as a threat in his relationship with him and Lana. In a way he’s almost jealous because Cyril is more stable, responsible, and (mostly) has his shit together and feels that Lana would one day choose Cyril over him. So, his mind has created Cyril as this villain. That’s my thoughts but I am 100% glad that coma Cyril is not canon.
