'Recuperation' by @nightwingingiit (Please give credit, that's all I ask) Story time: My little brother (who incidentally is about the same age as Damian) had an accident on a treadmill two days ago that resulted in pretty bad cuts and burns all over his back, arms and legs. He is bandaged pretty similarly as in this picture and has been hurting quite a bit. I (who coincidentally is about the same age as Dick) am not injured, but was trying to be a supportive big sister decided to hang out and watch Netflix with him and help him if he needed it. But, I have been working a lot these past two weeks without a day off and ended up passing out as seen above (except I am small and can fit on one couch cushion curled up, Dick cannot.) I woke up and the movie was over and my brother fixed me with a look that clearly said, 'I am the hurt one, dummy, not you, why are you sleeping?" And I knew I had to draw it with Dick and Dami, because it would totally happen.

Okay, I gonna be 200% honest with you. I doubled back to your BOO-lieve In Me fic while scrolling my way down-dashboard-town, just for your title cause I'm a pun-loving dummy. I am SO glad I did cause I loved it and can't wait for the 2nd part. So what I guess I'm trying to say is, bless you, bless your adorably punny title, and bless your story. <3

I just read your story, A Wish Out Of Water... just bravo. ;A; I loved your work, the plot, the way it flowed, and while I'm not a fan of suddenly becoming a blubbering whale halfway through a story (lol) it made the story that much more impactful. Not to mention the kind/uplifting messages for the readers as there are relatable struggles. I'm such a softie I just kept crying x') Anyways! It was an amazing read!!

Hi! I got a question about the 'uww' tag. Is that a common tag amongst the anit-whitewashing blogs or just yours? I'd like to find more blogs and I already went through your 'more melanin page'. I just wondered if that's a way to find them on tumblr. :) Have a nice day!

I do not think so, we just made up that tag ourselves because we were too tired to type out “unwhitewashed” all the time. A time before we had xkit.

Also, we did that because, whenever someone makes a new post and tags it, tumblr only registers the first 5 tags on any post as searchable on their website.

We usually put #bts, #member’s names, #member’s stage names #whitewashing, and #restore as the first 5 tags with members names taking higher priority. Anything else after the first 5 is only relevant to one’s individual blog and cannot be found through searching tumblr.

If you are looking for more melanin/restore blogs, it’s best to look under tags like #restore #not whitewashed and #unwhitewashed. Whitewashing has two definitions, and the explanation of each definition is linked here. And usually anti-whitewashing sources are the former definition, while restore and melanin blogs are based on the latter.

Also, please be careful when you find restore blogs because some of them are not asian owned or do not have asian admins. And that can be really problematic and the reason why is linked here and here.

Inktober Day 9-Broken Just 1 of 3 ideas I had for this prompt.

It’s a coping mechanism.

So I apparently just like drawing conversations that samisblahs and I have. This time we were talking about if we could be in the DC universe what we would  be. And we agreed that we’d be the most annoying superheroes to work with ever. We joke about everything even if it’s a serious matter. Like honestly there would be a dead body on the ground, and we’d be making puns in the corner about how they died. 

Burned alive? “Guess he forgot his SPF 50000.”

Killer Croc take a bite out of them, “Huh, I guess Croc likes them extra rare.”

Natural Disaster: “Well, I can tell you one thing he was shaken not stirred.”

And other heroes would be like “You should really take this seriously.”

And we’d be like, “Oh, we are, it’s how we cope.”
