but yeah... no.. that’s not what queerbaiting means. queerbaiting is to constantly tease a lgbt+ ship to happen in that ‘’will they/won’t they’’ nudge nudge wink, ‘’stay tuned to find out!!!’’ kinda way where the writers or actors are deliberately egging fans on the possibility of a potential relationship being explicitly depicted with no intention to follow through. hence, it does not apply to spn, since the writers have never done that or teased the potential of destiel in any way, and again, jensen has made it extremely clear it will never happen. partly to keep in the context of the show being about the fundamental relationship between the 2 brothers, and also partly cos he just frankly hates it and he will never film anything remotely destiel

hellers’ perspective of this has been warped from day one, there is no saving that. they’ve been saying they have been queerbaited since the beginning but like i said, that simply isn’t true. they have moved on to celebrating this scene as a ‘’victory’’ for their ship ‘’going canon’’ instead of realising neither of this is true of course and have actually taken the biggest L after 11 years of absolutely nothing. it’s only perfect ammo for them to say they’ve won at last. win what, i don’t know, cos it doesn’t exist. but idc about them and they can remain deluded for all they want lmao

oh man, now that u’ve mentioned it, i honestly have no idea when their last proper good scene was even? i have no memory of them in s10. though come on u do know hellers will claim s15 was the epitome of romance after dean told cas to fuck off to hell, had a falling out after yelling at him over their mother and rowena, and then a very ooc apology scene for what i’m still unsure about. just like they think jensen standing there and staring back completely disinterested is also the height of destiel romance cos they don’t want to admit to themselves that he specifically said dean and cas having lesser scenes together made him happy since he’s over that shit

22 - whom does this character most wish to please? why? sam just wants to fit into the expectation of all the humans he meets. he wants to fit in with them in general, so anything they say to him is going to have a big impact on his consciousness. he wants them to be happy and comfortable around him. <:D

31 - why is this character angry? sam doesn't hold any resentment about what happened regarding his fall. however he does hold some resentment against istahar, the girl who stole his wings. i don't know if you'd call it anger but it's a persistent mistrust against anyone new he meets.

13 - describe this character’s most embarrassing moment sam was originally an angel sent to earth to prove a wager he’d made with god (that humans were corrupt and not worth saving). that was back when he had an ego. he soon discovered that they weren’t all that bad though, and fell in love with a lovely lady. the lady herself wasn’t interested, and in an effort to win her over he told her he was an angel. unimpressed, she asked him to prove it - and he gave her his wings, which she promptly (magically?) welded to herself and flew away with to turn into the north star.

most angels don’t lose their wings until they fall. sam stood out in heaven after that. a lot.

21 - what is this character’s worst nightmare? a prophecy in the book of enoch says the angels still in heaven will one day destroy the ones who’ve fallen and walk the earth… sam’s really nervous this will come true. he likes living thank you very much ;o;
