We're just now enjoying our first cup of #Organic #PapuaNewGuinea just 24 hours after it was roasted. At this stage it is delicious but still very "bright" in the cup since it's only 24 hours old. The acidity in this #coffee is quite playful at the #CityRoast we took it to, and with a few days of rest it will round out into a wonderful array of #milkchocolate, pear and butterscotch as we've tasted in #sampleroasts. We'll have this listed at #lucasroastingdotcom by the end of today, and we think you're going to enjoy it much. Have only tried it as #Hario #V60 #pourover so far, so can't wait to taste the potential in the #Aeropress. Come by the #roastery in #AltonNH and let us know what you think!
