Feeling her struggle more at the mention of the sniper who came to her aid before, the sniper chuckled cruelly. "Ooooh, gotta thing for that runt, huh?" Satisfied that she was unarmed he let her feet drop to the floor before shoving her into the counter. "Did think a cold bitch like ya had a heart." His hands pressing hard against the counter. "Maybe I should send it to him as a gift when I'm done?"
The second her feet hit the ground, Madilin let out a gasp for air as her delicate fingers came to play at her now red aching neck. A deep snear would have been openly on her feminine features if she wasn’t too busy coughing to clear her now sore throat. “…jou…jou leave ‘im alone…” She managed to rasp out defiantly, even as the air was swept from her lungs as he shoved her hard into the counter. Her eyes watering as she bit back the noise of pain that wanted to cough from her. The sniper could do whatever he wanted to her, but Sam was off limits. No one bothered him but her.
