It’s another #MiniatureMonday!
This week’s feature is this amazing pop-up book called PEPYS Pops-Up: Moving Events from the Diaries of SAMUEL PEPYS, Esq 1660-1667. Samuel Pepys was an administrator of the English Navy and a parliament member. This miniature pop-up book illustrates different entries from his diary, including a theater performance, a public hanging, and a beautiful landscape of London. Kept in a painted wooden box, this red-leather pop-up book is truly a piece of art.
