wow i’ve only seen like two posts about leo not winning. mostly people are happy about lupita and 12 years a slave winning a bunch and american hustle winning zero. also ellen. also ezra koenig and karen o killing it.
I've got so many shit posts etc... about Leo not winning and so many tweets about Leo not winning. It's all just stupid. Like we all know that Leo is one of the best actors of all time. But that's not how the oscars work. They don't give it for how good you are of all time. They give it to you for your performance in a specific film. This year Matthew McConaughey's performance in Dallas Buyers Club was deemed better than Leo's in Wolf Of Wall Street. It's as simple as that. No fix or anything that so many people keep on saying. Is it that hard to understand? I mean hell, he was good in Wolf I'm not questioning that but Matthew was great in Dallas Buyers Club and Chiwitel Ejiofor was great in 12 Years A Slave so it was a lot of quality competition.
