I'm back(again)! 

Kay so I was tagged by princess-da-ze (my my, getting popular, aren't we?), so now I've gotta give ten funfacts about myself, and then tag ten of my followers (right?). Here goes nothing...

1. I have a phobia of whales. Yep. I mean I can look at them, in fact I think they're beautiful creatures, but having large objects suspended anywhere near me, especially the if we're in the water, sends me into near panic. A submarine's coming up and I'm wading in the sea near it? Oh God, don't let it touch me. A whale? Oh God, don't let it touch me. Even those big orca inflatables in the pool-won't go near 'em. The Smithsonian Natural History Museum (you know the room) hahA NOPE. And of course Finding Nemo never fucking helped either.

2. One of my middle names (according to the Catholic Church, at least) is Dymphna. She's the patron saint of people suffering from mental illness. Seriously though, go look up her story, it's insane. 

3. I have loved paleontology with a faithful, searing passion since I was 3 years old. I know my shit about dinosaurs. I've always wanted to be a paleontologist, but I realize more now that they don't exactly make as much money...

4. My great-great aunt was Thomas Edison's secretary! 

5. My family (ancestors? On my mom's side, at least) came over from Poland when the Nazis started to invade. My grandma (Babje, as we call our grandmothers), her sister, my mom, and I come form the only little branch of my family that wasn't raised speaking Polish and English in the home :(

6. I've always had a knack growing up for impersonating accents. I always thought most people could do it, but whenever I do them my peers, and even upperclassmen, freak out like "Whoa!!" so...ok??

7. I'm an ambivert.

8. I grew up calling the green teletubbie "crotch" in Polish. Long story.

9. I'm an only child, but I did have 3 stepbrothers when I was little, and I found out a few years ago that I have two younger half-siblings! (Oh Dad...haha...). But actually, I love them! They just adore me and since they live all the way down in Florida, they can't bother me! Haha!

10. I love storms, can't explain why. I sort of associate them with me somehow, like in an element-way?? One tends to crop up when something good or bad is going on with me. Oh, and the night before my 15th birthday, I heard thunder crack out of nowhere as soon as the hand struck 12 am. It was pretty cool. But other than that I guess my element would be the sea. I was born on the sea, I go to it every summer to see my family...I could swim in an ocean all day, I wish I could live there *sigh*

First impression of a fandom that you weren’t in until recently?

I really hated the mlp fandom because of the really perverted shit I saw of the fandom. But now I'm in it and I dont associate my self with those people.

So a year ago today is when my friend first showed me Sherlock. So Halloween marks the day my life ended. I still love my friend. She showed me the ways of the fandom life. And British actors. Never forget them.
