There’s a whole bit in an episode of Sanctuary, a Netflix drama about a problem child trying to make it big in the sumo world, where the main character takes out a date he met, as it keeps cutting to her breasts, clearly showing the hero checking them out. It’s a pretty funny sequence, and clearly showing what’s on our hero’s one track mind, but you know if anyone suggested a similar sequence in an American writer’s room, the sound of “REEEEE” could be heard three studios down.
