hello lovely i hope you had an amazing day!! ive been reading your stories for roughly a year now and just recently read the preview you have for cry me a river T^T you’re one of the only authors that I’ve kept up with so consistently since i took a break from fanfic a bit in 2020 haha…i usually don’t comment or do asks just because i feel like I’ll say something wrong, but after reading the preview of cry me a river and re-reading cry me a river i feel like i am obligated to give you praise for your phenomenal work. the way you tell stories is so genuine and real and the ability you have to describe emotions and thoughts is truly a talent. two fanfics that i tend to reread an unhealthy amount are love poem and sanctuary. the way you describe the relationship and even the development, despite it being in such a short time span, seems so realistic? (i think that’s the right word). when i first fell in love with ot7 fanfics i just couldn’t find any authors and all of the authors I did i didn’t really prefer their writing style, so when i can across you page i immediately fell in love:,) i love the way you wrote cry me a river and i am so ecstatic for part two! i also can’t wait to see more works you put out as well as where you’ll take roses & thorns!! please remember to eat and take breaks!! and don’t forget to put yourself first and do some self care !lots of love!!!💖💖💖💖💖
bubbbb, why were you so scared to say something wrong?? literally everything you said here melted my heart. i try to answer asks in the kindest and best way possible, even towards the ones that doesn't come from the right places. i think that as long as you have good intentions, i don't believe you will ever come across as rude, i promise you.
that being said, thank you so much for loving my works! and the fact that you fell in love with my writing style makes me so thrilled and happy!! poly fics are written and interpreted differently through every writer but the fact that i can alter the writings in my own way makes the writing very thrilling. so to hear that you prefer reading mine makes me really happy. sometimes it's hard trying to pace everything, especially with poly works because you gotta remember to include everyone with good amount of screen time for each and then put that all together and ask yourself if these amount of interactions are good enough for the characters to fall in love and if they have the right dynamics or if i have to write more to make it work without sounding forceful.
love poem is one of my favorite works and sanctuary has a special place in my heart as i believe it was my first long fic to have written. rose and thorns will forever be an iconic fic. writing dragons and fantasy is definitely fun in its own way.
