☣ "Hey!
You got any comics that I can have?"
Adrian knelt beside the stream, washing blood off of her fingers. Desperation tasted oddly like a chipmunk speared on an arrow. A chipmunk. The thing barely had anything worth eating on it. But damn if she wasn't hungry. Poor guy.
She was reaching for her pack when she heard the sound of something behind her. A tickle began between her shoulder blades. She turned and stepped back, bracing her feet as her bow and arrow came up, the arrow notched and her aim dead on as she stared at the woman behind her.
Not a woman. Jeez a kid. Not that it mattered. She'd seen plenty of kids take down enough people to know not to underestimate anyone.

Alice stumbled upon a clothing store on her way around the town she found, trying to scavenge for supplies. With no Biters around, she felt it was the perfect opportunity to try and sneak in to see what kind of clothes she could go gather. Not just for her, but for the other survivors as well. She walked in carefully, her shotgun in hand as she looked around to make sure no Biters were lurking inside. That's when she looked over to the changing room and saw a woman duck her head around the corner. "Hello?" She knew the girl was at least human. "I'm not going to hurt you or anything, just please... come out?" She lowered her shotgun towards the floor and waited for an answer.

"Who're you?" Quinn demanded, hand over his fencing sword.

The motel cast its lonely light beckoning for anyone to share its light. It was the only lit building for miles on the empty road. Not even the stars gracing it with their presence behind the swell of grey clouds that moved lazily in the sky.
Norman sat out on the motel porch in one of the old rickety chairs flipping through a book on taxidermy. Fig. A showed the gruesome process of skinning the animal and scooping out its organs, but the gore ceased to phase him as his gaze took in every sentence greedily.
The long shadow cast by the new guest wavered in the dull light as a shadow of the same hue fell over Norman's features once he looked up with a welcoming smile.
"Hey there. Are you looking for a room?" he asked, gently closing the book.

As Fred tightened the scarf around her neck, he chuckled softly. "You know, I'm still glad you gave this to me. Let me show how much I appreciated it~!"
