Ingredients: 1 cup coarsely ground Sandows coffee beans. 4 cups cold, filtered water. Ice cubes optional. Milk or cream optional. Sweetener of your choice optional.
Instructions: In a large jar or pitcher, mix together coarsely ground Sandows coffee beans and cold, filtered water. Make sure to mix the coffee grounds well so that they are all fully saturated. Put the pitcher or jar lid on top and put it in the fridge for 12 to 24 hours. This will make a strong and smooth brew. To get rid of the coffee grounds, strain the cold brew concentrate through a fine-mesh sieve or a coffee filter after letting it steep. Pour the cold brew coffee over ice cubes and add water or milk/cream to make it the strength you like. If you want, add the sweetener and stir to mix. Have a nice, cool Sandows Cold Brew!
