Did I mention I love Rael? Cause I do. Long story short, I remember covering this and "the 7th me" with Rael's raspy-shota bank and I needed to redo some of these so, this one being the least amount of pieces and tuning, this was first. I was also working on Ase Roni's oto (a year later from when I posted the original cover oh God!) in between rendering breaks. The resampler used here is fresamp. The flags are the default flags for the ust (but I'm not sure all of them work with fresamp so...) I redid EAT ME with Rael's VCV+CV bank (generously oto-ed by cdra!) and it sounds pretty good. This was the song I used to test his resamplers with and the final product was done with TIPS (though fresamp was in second place, resampler in third place, and bkh01 in last place for some odd reason)Anyway, I like how crisp this bank is. Big thank you to cdra for otoing Rael's VCV+CV bank! I will NEVER be doing anything like this again. It is a LOT of work and a LOT of time that I don't have. One one hand: it sounds nice and is the clearest bank I've made so far. On the other the samples...all the samples I had to record and cdra had to oto...*shudder* This is Rael's signature song, being the 7loid of Gluttony, so I'm glad to finally get this out and done! It features CV2.0 Nair Harmonia and her genderbend Nik (this time with a g+13 flag). On the upside: it seems as though fresamp is nice to Rael! My first real cover with Nair in forEVER. Since I've finally finished otoing her CV2.0 bank, I figured I'd actually cover something with her. The other voice in this song is her genderbend, Nik, who is achieved using the g+18 flag. I did some actual mixing and equalizing with this one, so hopefully you can hear the difference. Needless to say, Nair's bank has come a long way since ACT1 (that is to say, FAILURE1 :I) and I am proud of it. When I finally get his ACT2 at least CV otoed, I'll cover this again. until then, I couldn't resist. This song is way too good for him and he has the voice for it. I was, however, suddenly reminded of why he needed an ACT2. His ACT1 is so soft and raspy. Raspy little shota-kun. At least his ACT2 is clearer, while still retaining his adorableness.
