-they’re both a charmer in their own right. Really, the whole town spoils them. They’re just both unaware that they’re charming to the other. Granted, Jasmine remains unaffected by his charms until they grow older and it becomes gradually harder to ignore the effect he has on her.

-when they’re a certain age and still single, they’ll get married and stay together. Jasmine sees it as a financial benefit at first, Andy sees it as a sign of hope.

-the first time she questioned her feelings was when Jasmine was contemplating traveling before settling down. And Andy asked where they’d go first together. When startled and questioned him why, he said he wouldn’t let her feel alone, especially in an unfamiliar place.

-after apologizing profusely for having circled the murderer character’s name in her book and thinking it was his- the two decide to start their own “thing” where they both read books at the same time when they’re free, and write in the book with their own opinions, theories and thoughts. Then they trade the books for the others to read. They keep it going even when they eventually marry and build a life together.
-Miguel is just happy that they’re consuming so much text and books. He’s not gonna question it. They’re reading more than kids their age typically do. This is good, this he can get behind.
-lmao it is so obvious when they get into a fight.
-Jasmine is a blushing red of angry and suddenly finds herself at the Blue Moon, grumbling under her breath while still trying to mind her manners as Owen slowly pushes a plate of cookies in her direction while side-stepping out of view
-and Andy is literally quiet and sulking around the whole day. He can’t apologize until she’s ready, they both know that (even if he’s not at fault 💀). Don’t be too surprised if you find the kid laying on the ground curled up around Nemo staring off blankly while stroking his fur. He’s fine.
-when a fresh batch of tourists come in, the two tend to stick close only because of how crowded it gets. Not because a whole lot of people come in, but because they’re not used to Sandrock and they just take up a lot of space in their wandering.
-oh, but if they’re older and those tourists coming in are their age and students traveling around for their study? It’s no surprise that the two are everywhere together to give the illusion that their friend is taken.
